आपकी उम्र 59 साल है, साथ में शुगर भी है, इसलिए Manmath Ras बिना निगरानी के लेना ठीक नहीं है, क्योंकि इसमें धातु-युक्त द्रव्य होते हैं। इसे सीधे शुरू न करें।
सुरक्षित आयुर्वेदिक उपचार
1. Chandraprabha Vati
मात्रा: 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार, खाने के बाद
2. Shilajit (शुद्ध)
मात्रा: 250 mg दिन में 2 बार, दूध के साथ
3. Ashwagandha Churna
मात्रा: 1/2 चम्मच रात को दूध के साथ
(अगर इससे चक्कर या गर्मी लगे तो बंद करें)
4. Gokshura Churna
मात्रा: 1/2 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार, पानी या दूध के साथ
