At 18 years of age, occasional nightfall can be normal, but if it happens very frequently (almost daily), it may be related to weakness, excessive sexual thoughts, irregular sleep habits, stress, poor physical activity, or Vata-Pitta imbalance according to Ayurveda. Your low weight also suggests weak nourishment and metabolism. The good thing is that this condition is usually manageable naturally with proper diet, lifestyle, and strengthening therapy. Ayurvedic supportive care: Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kaunch Beej, Safed Musli, and Shilajit are traditionally used to improve strength, stamina, weight, and reproductive health. Avoid watching excessive sexual content, late-night mobile use, and sleeping very late. Sleep early and wake up early. Regular exercise, Surya Namaskar, yoga, and strength training help improve testosterone balance, confidence, and weight gain. Diet for weight gain and strength: Increase milk, ghee in moderation, bananas, dates, soaked almonds, peanuts, paneer, khichdi, rice, dal, and protein-rich foods. Eat 3 proper meals with 2 healthy snacks daily. Stay hydrated and avoid junk food, excess spicy food, smoking, or energy drinks. Important reassurance: Nightfall does not permanently damage the body or stop growth. With improved nutrition, exercise, sleep, and Ayurvedic support, many young men notice improvement in both frequency of nightfall and body weight within a few months.

Take Ashwagandha चूर्ण 5 gm रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ Kaunch Beej Churna 3 gm सुबह या रात भोजन बाद दूध से Shatavari Churna 3 gm सुबह दूध के साथ Chyawanprash 1–2 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ Diet for weight gain: दूध, केला, घी, खजूर, किशमिश, पनीर, मूंग दाल, भीगे बादाम लें। जंक food, cold drinks, ज्यादा हस्तमैथुन और देर रात जागना बंद करें। Lifestyle: Daily हल्का gym/strength exercise करें और 7–8 घंटे नींद लें।
