I have pcod since 2&1/2yrs.iam obese.Icant controll my cravings have fatiguesleeping disturbance laziness. L have to loose my over weight and get back to normal weight. Iam 57 kg and 160cm since4 yes back now Iam 89 kg Please recommend a medicine for weight loss

Dealing with PCOS (which aligns closely with Artava Kshaya or Granthi Artava in Ayurveda) along with a 32 kg weight gain over four years is not just about "willpower Classical Ayurvedic Formulations ​To target the root causes—insulin resistance, slow metabolism, and hormonal imbalance—the following formulations are highly recommended. ••​Kanchanar Guggulu: This is the drug of choice for clearing cysts, reducing glandular swellings, and scraping away excess Medas (fat tissue). It helps regulate the thyroid and ovarian functions. •​Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day, 30 minutes after meals with warm water. ••​Varunadi Kashayam: A potent herbal decoction that clears obstructions in the channels, reduces water retention, and addresses fat metabolism. •​Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of lukewarm water, taken on an after food twice a day (morning and evening). ••​Chandraprabha Vati: Excellent for correcting the Apana Vayu (the downward-moving energy governing menstruation and elimination) and combating the deep fatigue and lethargy you feel. •​Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day with warm water. ​2. Managing the Cravings & Fatigue ​Your cravings are driven by erratic blood sugar and low cellular energy. ••​The Honey-Lemon-Warm Water Ritual: Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water mixed with 1 teaspoon of high-quality, raw honey and a few drops of lemon juice. In Ayurveda, old honey has a Lekhana (scraping) property that targets fat and helps stabilize early morning glucose spikes. ••​Triphala Churna: Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water at bedtime. It cleanses the colon, improves nutrient absorption, and ensures that you wake up feeling lighter and less lazy. ​3.
