It provides phytoestrogens to counter Lean PCOS, builds tissue, and deeply nourishes the reproductive system. ​For Weakness, Low BP, and Fluid Retention: •​Ashwagandha & Bala: These herbs are excellent for building muscle mass, strengthening the nervous system, raising low blood pressure naturally, and combating 15 years of chronic fatigue. •​Punarnavadi Mandoor / Punarnavasava: Punarnava literally means “the rejuvenator of the body” and is the premier Ayurvedic herb for fluid retention. It will help clear the swelling (Shotha) in your feet by regulating fluid balance without depleting your blood pressure. ​2. Managing Facial Hair (Hirsutism) ​In Lean PCOS, facial hair occurs because a lack of proper tissue nourishment causes a relative spike in circulating androgens (male hormones). •​Internal Balance: The Phala Ghrita and Shatavari mentioned above will naturally help regulate the LH/FSH ratio and lower androgen levels over time. •​External Application (Lepa): ​Make a paste of Haridra (Turmeric) and Lodhra powder with a little milk or water.
