The Ayurvedic Understanding In Ayurveda, conception relies on the balance of four essential factors, known as the Garbha Sambhara Samagri: Ritu (The Season/Timing): Regularity of ovulation and the menstrual cycle. Kshetra (The Field): The uterus and endometrial lining. Ambu (The Nourishment): Hormonal balance and plasma volume (Rasa Dhatu). Beeja (The Seed): The quality of the ovum (Artava). ••At age 45, Vata Dosha naturally increases in the body, which can lead to dryness, depleted tissue nourishment (Dhatu Kshaya), and decreased Beeja quality. Furthermore, deep emotional grief and stress (Shoka) directly impair Rasa Dhatu, which is the foundational fluid that nourishes the reproductive system (Shukra Dhatu).
