17.5 years ke baad height growth limited ho jati hai, especially periods ko 4 saal ho chuke hain. Fir bhi proper nutrition, sleep, posture, aur exercise se slight improvement aur body posture better ho sakta hai. Do this regularly: 8 hours proper sleep Skipping, stretching, yoga (Tadasana, Bhujangasana) Milk, paneer, sesame, dry fruits daily Avoid junk food and late nights Medicines: Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp with milk at night Shatavari churna – 1 tsp daily Praval pishti – 250 mg once daily Focus more on strength, posture, and confidence rather than only inches.
