आपके लक्षणों को देखकर मैं समझ सकता हूँ कि आप काफी लंबे समय से शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से परेशान चल रहे हैं। 4 साल से लगातार nightfall, शरीर का बहुत पतला होना, हड्डियों का दिखना, जोड़ों से कट-कट आवाज़ आना, जल्दी discharge होना और जलन—ये सभी संकेत हैं कि शरीर की “शुक्र धातु” बहुत कमजोर हो गई है और साथ में वात-पित्त असंतुलन भी बढ़ गया है। अच्छी बात यह है कि यह स्थिति सही इलाज और दिनचर्या से धीरे-धीरे ठीक हो सकती है। मुख्य कारणों में 1) शुक्र धातु क्षय (over depletion), 2) अत्यधिक मानसिक तनाव/आदत या overstimulation, 3) पोषण की कमी और कमजोर digestion, 4) वात बढ़ने से जोड़ों में dryness और आवाज़ शामिल हैं। शरीर में गर्मी और जलन पित्त बढ़ने का संकेत है, जबकि कमजोरी और हड्डियों का उभरना वात प्रधान क्षति दिखाता है। इलाज (आयुर्वेदिक योजना): 1. अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 5 ग्राम + शुद्ध शिलाजीत 250 mg – रात को गर्म दूध के साथ यह शरीर की ताकत, टेस्टोस्टेरोन और शुक्र धातु को पुनः बनाता है। 2. कौंच बीज चूर्ण 5 ग्राम – सुबह दूध के साथ यह वीर्य गुणवत्ता और नर्वस सिस्टम को मजबूत करता है। 3.चंद्रप्रभा वटी 2-2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद जलन, कमजोरी और urinary/sexual overactivity में लाभ देती है। 4. योगराज गुग्गुल 1-1 गोली दिन में 2 बार जोड़ों की आवाज़, दर्द और वात संतुलन के लिए। आहार और जीवनशैली: गर्म, पौष्टिक आहार लें—दूध, घी, चावल, मूंग दाल, सूखे मेवे। मिर्च, तला हुआ, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, और अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन/पोर्न से पूरी तरह बचें। रात को जल्दी सोएं और मोबाइल स्क्रीन देर तक न देखें। सावधानी: अगर पेशाब में जलन बढ़े, वजन तेजी से घटे या कमजोरी बहुत ज्यादा हो तो CBC, Vitamin D, B12 और urine test कराना जरूरी है। आपकी स्थिति लंबे समय की है, इसलिए सुधार 4–8 हफ्तों में शुरू होगा और 3–4 महीने में स्पष्ट फर्क दिखेगा। नियमितता बहुत जरूरी है।

Char saal se lagatar nocturnal emission (night fall) hona aur uski wajah se sharir ka is hadd tak kamzor ho jana ki haddiya dikhne lagein, ye sharir mein Dhatu Kshaya (tissues ke depletion) aur Vata-Pitta dosha ke bhari imbalance ko dikhata hai. ••Is sthiti ko jad se thik karne ke liye hume tin cheezon par ek sath kaam karna hoga: Pitta ko shaant karna (garmahat mitana), Vata ko balance karna (joints ki aawaz aur dublapan thik karna), aur Shukra Dhatu ko poshish karna (veerya ko gaadha aur rokne ki shamta badhana). ••Yahan ek vyavasthit aur dhyanpoorvak banaya gaya chikitsa sutra (treatment plan) hai jise aapko follow karna chahiye: 1. Aushadhi Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Herbs) Aapki sthiti mein cooling, nourishing aur balya (strength-giving) aushadhiyon ki zaroorat hai. Aap kisi acche Ayurvedic store se ye medicines le sakte hain: ••Chandraprabha Vati: 2-2 goli subah aur raat ko khana khane ke baad gungune paani ya doodh ke sath lein. Ye urinary tract ki jalan ko shant karegi aur semen-holding capacity ko badhaegi. ••Praval Pishti + Giloy Satva: 250 mg Praval Pishti aur 500 mg Giloy Satva ko thode se shahad (honey) ya mishri ke sath subah khali pet lein. Ye sharir ki andaruni garmahat aur jalan ko poori tarah khatam karega. ••Ashwagandha aur Shatavari Churna: Dono ko barabar matra mein mila kar rakh lein. 1 chammach (approx. 5g) raat ko sone se pehle gungune meethe doodh (mishri wala) ke sath lein. Shatavari Pitta ko shant karegi aur Shukra ko gaadha kareg, aur Ashwagandha Vata ko thik karke dublapan aur joints ki aawaz ko door karega. ••Yastimadhu (Mulethi) Churna: Agar jalan zyada lagti hai, toh aadha chammach mulethi churna din mein do baar paani ke sath lein. 2. Aahar (Dietary Changes) Jab tak sharir ki agni aur pitta balance nahi hoga, tab tak sharir mein maas (muscle) aur shukra dhatu nahi banegi. ••Kya Khayein: Ghee (cow’s ghee) ko apne khane mein shamil karein, ye Vata aur Pitta dono ko thik karta hai aur joints ke lubrication ko badhata hai. Dudh, kela, dahi (sirf din mein), chawal, aur thandi taseer wali sabziyan jaise lauki, torai, aur kaddu khayein. Mishri ka upyog karein chini ki jagah. ••Kya Na Khayein: Teekha (spicy), masaledar, tala-bhuna (fried), junk food, fast food, pickle (achaar), aur chai/coffee ko bilkul band kar dein. Raat ko bohot bhari ya der se khana khane se bachein. 3. Vihar (Lifestyle & Night Routines) Night fall ko rokne ke liye raat ka routine sabse mahatvapurna hai: ••Vihar (Lifestyle & Night Routines) Night fall ko rokne ke liye raat ka routine sabse mahatvapurna hai: •1…Raat ka khana jaldi lein Sone se 2-3 ghante pehle Raat ko halka aur jaldi pachan hone wala khana khayein. Pet saaf rehna bohot zaroorat hai, kyunki kabz (constipation) se prostate gland par pressure padta hai aur night fall trigger hota hai. 2…Snanam aur Foot Wash Sone se 15 mint pehle Sone se pehle apne dono pairon ke talwon (soles) ko thandey paani se dhoein. Agar ho sake toh normal paani se snan karein ya naabhi (navel) aur guptang par thanda paani dalein. Isse sharir ka temperature drop hota hai. •3…Bladder Empty Karein Just before sleeping Sone ke thik pehle urine zaroor paas karein. Urine bladder ka bhara hona raat mein involuntary discharge ka sabse bada karan banta hai. 4…Mental Relaxation Bed par jaane ke baad Sone se 1 ghante pehle mobile aur kisi bhi tarah ke excitatory content (vides/photos) se bilkul door rahein. Seedhe peeth ke bal na soyein, hamesha karwat (left lateral position) lekar soyein. ••4. Joints aur Dublepan Ke Liye Vishesh Upchar Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Hafte mein 2-3 baar Ksheerabala Taila ya Mahanarayan Taila se poore sharir aur joints ki maalish karein. Isse joints se aane wali aawaz band hogi aur muscles recover karengi. ••Yogasan aur Pranayam: Subah uthkar 10-15 minute Anulom Vilom aur Sheetali Pranayam karein. Sheetali pranayam sharir ki cooling system ko activate karta hai aur jalan ko miṭata hai. Ashwini Mudra ka abhyas kisi expert ki dekh-rekh mein seekhein, ye pelvic floor muscles ko majboot banakar premature discharge ko rokta hai. ••Zaroori Salah: Char saal ek lamba samay hota hai, isliye sharir ko dobara purani sthiti mein aane mein 3 se 6 mahine ka samay lag sakta hai. Dhairya (patience) rakhein. Agar pet mein kabz rehti ho, toh raat ko 1 chammach Triphala Churna gungune paani se lena shuru karein kyunki saaf pet hi sasti dhatu ka nirmaan karta hai.
