Hi, i m 36yrs old trying for conceive, but had a recent implantation failure although implant spotting was there & 1week i got all symptoms but after 4-5days of implantation now period starts after pain start in left side stomach. Earlier 5yrs before had one csec deliv. & in that also low progesterone for which hucog used in every 10days. Now my cycl is 24-25days but before date 2 days brown spotting occurs.. kindly suggest diet & medicine to follow to resolve this issue.

Brown spotting before menses + very short cycles + implantation failure points strongly toward weak corpus luteum function. Before treatment: basic evaluation is important TSH, prolactin, serum progesterone (day 21), pelvic ultrasound, and Hb should be checked. Ayurvedic treatment (support for conception + implantation + cycle correction) Ashokarishta 20 ml with equal warm water twice daily after food Phala Ghrita 5 ml with warm milk at bedtime (very important for conception support) Shatavari Churna 3–5 g twice daily with warm milk after food Ashwagandha capsule 1 capsule twice daily after food Kanchanar Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food (continue only if no thyroid suppression issues) Lodhrasava 20 ml twice daily after food for cycle regulation and endometrium support Diet and lifestyle Morning: warm milk with 1 tsp ghee + dates Include: sesame seeds, almonds, ghee, pomegranate, ash gourd, rice, moong dal Avoid: cold food, curd at night, excess coffee, fasting, stress No intense exercise; only gentle walking Sleep before 10:30 pm is critical for progesterone balance

According to Ayurveda, recurrent spotting before periods and difficulty in conception may be related to imbalance of Vata and weakness of Garbhashaya (uterus) with low Artava Dhatu support. Stress, disturbed sleep, weak digestion, and hormonal imbalance can contribute. – before starting any medicine go to the gynaecologist she will see the present condition and if it’s possible then HCG injection will give but if not then start with these medicines –Ayurvedic 1) Female Health Support – 1 cap twice daily after food 2) Shatavari Capsules – 1 cap twice daily with warm milk 3) Femo Plan Syrup – 2 tsp twice daily after meals 4) Pushyanug Churna – 3 gm twice daily with honey/rice water if spotting persists ----Diet: milk, ghee, black sesame, dates, almonds, beetroot, pomegranate Avoid: stress, late nights, cold/junk food, excess tea/coffee —Advice: continue for 2–3 cycles and review with reports.

In Ayurveda, this involves balancing Apana Vata (the downward energy) and maintaining Pitta (metabolic heat) for the uterine lining. ​1.Phala Ghrita: This is the gold standard in Ayurveda for female infertility. It is a medicated ghee that nourishes the endocrine system and improves the receptivity of the endometrium. ​Dosage: 1 tsp with warm milk on an empty stomach. 2. Ashwagandha powder+ satavari powder both are mix well and take 1 tsf with luckwarm milk both time after food Improving Egg Quality (Bija) ​At 36, the quality of the Bija (ovum) is a priority. ​Rasayana Therapy: Herbs like Guduchi and Amalaki help reduce oxidative stress in the ovaries. ​Co-Therapy: Using Chandraprabha Vati can help clear any Ama (toxins) or inflammatory markers in the pelvic region that might be preventing the embryo from sticking. 1 BD after food with normal water ​Milk & Ghee: Regular consumption of A2 cow’s milk and ghee processed with saffron or cardamom helps build the Shukra Dhatu (reproductive tissue). ​Stress Management: High cortisol (Stress) is a “progesterone thief.” Practice Pranayama (specifically Nadi Shodhana) to keep the nervous system calm, as Vata imbalance is a leading cause of implantation failure.
