5 months tak periods na aana ko ignore na karein. Pehle pregnancy test aur thyroid/PCOS check karna important hai. Ashokarishta helpful ho sakta hai agar hormonal imbalance ya PCOS ho. Dose Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water twice daily after food Rajapravartini Vati 1 tab twice daily for 5–7 days only under doctor advice Periods aane me 2–6 weeks lag sakte hain depending on cause

Hello It is understandable that missing your periods for five months is concerning, the menstrual cycle is a reflection of your internal hormonal balance (Doshic balance) and the health of your blood tissue (Rasa and Rakta Dhatus). Since you have mentioned thyroid issues and recent weight changes, our goal is to regulate your metabolism (Agni) and balance the Vata and Kapha doshas, which are likely obstructing the flow. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Ashokarishta- 15 mm with equal water twice daily after meals 2) kanchnar gugglu- 2 tablet morning and evening with warm water 3) kumaryasava- 15 ml with equal water after meal twice daily 4) Raja pravartini vati- 2 tab twice daily 5) punarnavadi mandoor- 1 after lunch 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Focus on freshly cooked, warm meals. Incorporate spices like ginger, cumin, cinnamon, and black pepper to improve digestion. Consume soaked seeds (sesame seeds and fenugreek seeds) Avoid: Strictly limit cold drinks, caffeine, processed “white” flours (Maida), and excessive sugar, as these can aggravate Kapha and further disrupt the thyroid. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Since you mentioned moderate stress, practice Pranayama (Nadi Shodhana) for 10 minutes daily to balance the endocrine system. Gentle yoga asanas like Pawanmuktasana (Wind-relieving pose), Badha Konasana (Butterfly pose), and Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) help stimulate the pelvic region. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Applying a warm castor oil to the lower abdomen for 20 minutes (3 times a week) can help move stagnant Vata. As you are already under your doctor care for thyroid issue please ensure taking medication with the gap of at least 1 hour The above medicine usually takes 2-3 cycles of consistent use to see results of menstrual period

Hello, An absence of periods for 5 months is a significant clinical presentation known as secondary amenorrhea. In Ayurveda, this condition is closely related to Artava Kshaya (deficiency or loss of menstrual fluid) or Nasta-Artaba, which typically involves an aggravation of Vata and Kapha doshas, leading to blockages in the channels (Srotas) that carry reproductive tissue. While Ashokarishta is an excellent classic uterine tonic, it is primary used to balance heavy bleeding, tone the uterus, and treat Pitta-related menstrual disorders. For periods that have been absent for 5 months due to a Vata-Kapha blockage, Ashokarishta alone may not be strong enough or targeted enough to induce menstruation rapidly. The primary goal is to clear the channel obstruction (Srotas shodhana), stimulate the uterus (Artava janana), and pacify Vata-Kapha doshas using warming, emmenagogue (menstruation-inducing) formulations. Ayurveda Medicine Regime 1. Hinguvachadi Choornam Action: Powerful Vata-Kapha pacifier; clears lower abdominal blocks and kindles digestive/tissue fire. Dose: 2 to 3 grams twice daily, taken 15 minutes before meals with warm water or buttermilk. 2. Sukumarasavam (Instead of or alongside Ashokarishta) Action: Specifically indicated for amenorrhea, hormonal imbalances, and severe Vata stagnation in the pelvic floor. It acts quicker than Ashokarishta to induce delayed periods. Dose: 15 to 20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. 3. Rajah pravartini vati Dose : 2 tablet morning 2 tablet evening after food. With Luke warm water. How long will it take? Because the cycle has been absent for 5 months, it generally takes 4 to 6 weeks of consistent treatment to restore the fundamental tissue balance and induce a period. If not done after 4 - 6 weeks of medication then you can consult me or any other gynac. For USG (sonography) for further details.

Tell me your age…or any other problems like a increase of weight or mood swings or even hair on face…?

Yes, it may help regulate periods, but only if the cause is functional (stress, mild hormonal imbalance, lifestyle, thyroid imbalance support). Since you also have thyroid issues, that is an important root factor. How to use 15–20 ml Ashokarishta Mix with equal water Take twice daily after food (morning & evening) Continue for 6–8 weeks minimum Important Ayurvedic insight: If Agni (metabolism) + hormones are disturbed (common in thyroid cases), Ashokarishta alone may be supportive but not sufficient It works best when combined with: Diet correction (warm, light, easily digestible food) Stress reduction Proper thyroid management Expected timeline: Mild cases: 4–6 weeks Hormonal/thyroid-related cases: 6–12 weeks or longer Professional advice: Since periods are absent for 5 months + thyroid history, it is advisable to also evaluate hormonal profile (TSH, prolactin, FSH/LH) to address the root cause.

Hello, It is good to know that, you have already in touch with the doctor and on medication for thyroid issues. I hope the thyroid profile is within normal limits. As you have weight issues please do check for PCOS, Hb%, vit. As there is no periods for 5 months it is better to rule out all the route causes. If everything is within normal range then along with ashokarishtam the following will help you to resolve the issue: 1. Tila Kwatham granules 10grams with a cup of boiled warm water 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner for 30 days. 2.Ashokarishtam 15ml—0-----15ml after breakfast and dinner immediately after for 30 days. Take care, Kind regards.

Hello dear, As you mentioned your problem it seems to be hormonal imbalance. I think you should not consider taking ashokarishta in this situation, it will cause more delay or scanty bleeding. I would suggest seek help of Ayurvedic doctor. And don’t follow any trending diet or don’t take medication yourself without proper consultation. You can do little diet and lifestyle changes like taking 15-20 soaked black raisin first in the morning , avoiding excess tea coffee, manage stress through pranayam meditation if possible, move your body-exercises, yoga, brisk walking in morning-it’s very important. Fix your timing of food and sleep. Avoid day sleep. Avoid late dinner and as possible as take warm, freshly prepared home based food , avoid ultra processed, packed food, curd, refrigerated staple food and avoid chilled water or cold drinks.
