Turmeric, with its anti-inflammatory properties, can be great to include in meals. Drink lukewarm water through the day to boost digestion and detoxification. Also, you could sip on some ginger tea, helping reduce any bloating and supporting digestive health.
Fresh, organic fruits like pomegranate and papaya can be great additions to your diet. They’re rich in antioxidants, supporting your body’s natural detox mechanisms.
Rest is paramount—give your body time to recover. Some gentle yoga or a short walk, if you feel up to it, can maybe invigorate energy flow and reduce fatigue.
