Since your reports are clear but your eggs are not maturing, further details are needed for a targeted Ayurvedic approach. Have you undergone hormone tests (FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, AMH)? Do you have regular cycles, and if not, what is their pattern (delayed, short, or long)? Have you had an antral follicle count (AFC) via ultrasound to assess ovarian reserve? Do you experience symptoms like mood swings, hot flashes, or low energy? How is your digestion—any bloating, constipation, or irregular appetite? Your stress levels, sleep quality, and daily routine also impact fertility. These details will help in formulating a holistic plan with diet, yoga, and Ayurvedic support to enhance egg maturation.

How much is the AMH & AFC ? Have you done HSG report? Are periods regular? If your reports are clear but eggs are not maturing, Ayurveda sees this as an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas affecting the reproductive system (Shukra Dhatu). A comprehensive Ayurvedic fertility plan focuses on improving egg quality, balancing hormones, and nourishing the body and mind for conception.

Diet Plan:

Warm, Nourishing Foods: Eat freshly cooked, warm meals with ghee, milk, and whole grains like rice and wheat. Fertility Boosting Foods: Include sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, dates, and figs. Herbs: Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Gokshura are recommended to support egg health and reproductive function. Avoid: Processed foods, excess caffeine, alcohol, and cold or stale foods. Lifestyle and Yoga:

Daily Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Apply warm sesame oil to your body, especially lower abdomen, for stress relief and hormonal balance. Yoga Poses: Practice Supta Baddha Konasana, Bhujangasana, and Malasana to improve blood flow to reproductive organs. Pranayama: Practice Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) for emotional balance and reducing stress. Good Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sound sleep. Go to bed by 10 PM to balance Vata. Herbal medicines :

Shatavari: 1 tsp powder with warm milk twice a day to nourish reproductive tissues. Ashwagandha: Helps reduce stress and improve hormonal health. 1 capsule after dinner. Phala Ghrita: A medicated ghee beneficial for uterine health. 1 tsp on empty stomach.

Detox (Panchakarma Therapy) Consider a gentle Ayurvedic detox under a practitioner’s supervision, like Basti (medicated enema) to balance Vata and cleanse reproductive channels. ———— Practice daily meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. Engage in hobbies and maintain a positive mindset. Follow this plan consistently for 3-6 months and consult an Ayurvedic doctor for personalized treatment. Combining this with regular medical check-ups can further increase your chances of conception.

It sounds like your journey has been pretty challenging and you’re looking for some Ayurvedic guidance here. Let’s get right into it. In Ayurveda, fertility is tied to the health and balance of the doshas, dhatus, and agni. So let’s look at a few things you might find helpful.

First, focusing on improving the quality and maturation of eggs can be linked to balancing your reproductive tissue, or shukra dhatu. A diet that nourishes and strengthens this dhatu might involve consuming ghee, milk, almonds, and sesame seeds. These foods are believed to be helpful in promoting fertility because they’re nourishing and easy to digest.

Besides that, include spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric in your cooking - they can help enhance your digestive fire, or agni, which is crucial for nutrient absorption and overall health. Avoid excess caffeine or processed foods, as these can interfere with dosha balance and reproductive health.

For yoga, consider gentle poses that enhance circulation to the pelvic region. Poses like Balasana (Child’s Pose), Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose) can aid in improving overall reproductive health. Doing these regularly with slow, deep breathing can really make a difference.

Pranayama, especially Anulom Vilom and Bhramari, can significantly help in reducing stress, improving oxygen flow, and bring an emotional balance which sometimes is much needed when you’re in this journey.

In terms of herbs, Ashwagandha and Shatavari are often recommended in Ayurveda for their adaptogenic and rejuvenating properties – they might help support hormonal balance and reproductive health. You can consult with a local Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate dosage for your constitution.

One more thing, it’s so easy to underestimate the power of stress and being hard on yourself during all this, right? So, try to incorporate nurturing activities that bring you peace, maybe gardening, painting or just walking in nature. Find your thing.

Just a reminder though, anything you start, do it in consultation with a healthcare provider or Ayurvedic expert so it’s tailored to your needs. Hope you finds this helpful and wishing you all the best in your journey!
