Frequent periods - #20067

Raman

I am 14 years old and my periods are frequent like it comes after every 20 to 23 days since my menarche and it was on Jan 2023... Is it normal ? I Started taking iron tablets but it cause me loose motions what should I do

Sukumara ghritam 1 teaspoon daily twice before food

Instead of iron tab you can use Drakshadi kashaya churnam Boil 1 litre or 2 litre of water with 2 teaspoon churnam and to be used for drinking purpose as normal water

Hemi c syrup 1 teaspoon twice after food

Don’t worry about the condition , just start this medicine and wait for 3 cycles

Hello dear… If you are getting periods regularly for 20 or 23 days then its normal nothing to warry… If once you are getting for 20 days & next month for 25 then next for 30 then we call it as irregular periods…

If continuously you are getting on same day then take it lite…

Just for your concern you can have Syp U- Sure 10 ml 2 times a day for 1 month…

Its uterine syp…
