Due to lack of nutritional diet. Irregular daily routine. Stress and fast food and addiction also are major factors responsible.

Premature greying from such an early age suggests Pitta-Vata imbalance, weak liver function, nutritional deficiencies, or hereditary factors. we need to focus on internal healing, diet, and stress management along with external care. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Brahmi + Bhringraj Powder – Take ½ tsp daily with warm water to nourish hair from within. Ashwagandha -1/2 tsp with warm milk at night Triphala (½ tsp at bedtime) Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Juice or Powder –take with buttermilk or warm water.

Eat black sesame seeds + jaggery (1 tsp daily). Drink fresh Amla juice or consume raw Amla daily. Include ghee, soaked almonds, walnuts, dates, and coconut in your diet. Avoid spicy, fermented, and processed foods, as they worsen Pitta. Henna + Indigo Powder – Natural remedy for greying (if you want to darken the hair naturally). Rinse hair with black tea or curry leaf water. Apply alovera gel over face

Your situation seems complex and it points towards an imbalance in your body that needs attention. Premature graying of hair, acne scars, excessive dryness, and ligament damage can be linked to several underlying factors like stress, nutritional deficiencies, or dosha imbalances. In Ayurveda, these issues are often related to an imbalance in Pitta and Vata doshas.

For the grayscale, focus on a diet rich in foods that pacify Pitta like sweet, cool, and hydrating meals. Include amla (Indian Gooseberry), which is revered in Ayurveda for hair health. You can consume it as fresh fruit, juice, or in powdered form. Regular oiling of hair with bhringraj or coconut oil might help. Massage it into your scalp gently before washing your hair.

Acne and scars indicate Pitta imbalance. Avoid spicy, oily foods which aggravate Pitta. Drink plenty of water, and include cooling herbs like neem and turmeric. You can apply a turmeric paste to scars—make a paste with turmeric powder and water, and apply it directly to the spots, wash it after 20 mins. Avoid too much sun exposure, as it can irritate the skin

For the dryness, keep yourself hydrated with water and herbal teas. Apply aloe vera gel externally; its moisturizing properties may help soothe dry skin.

As for the ligament injury, this typically requires some care to manage with rest and possibly physiotherapy. Ayurvedically, Mahanarayan oil can be massaged gently around the ankle to help with healing of soft tissues and support circulation. Inside-out care is also crucial – consider herbal supplements like Ashwagandha to promote strength and recovery.

Consistency is crucial in Ayurvedic recommendations, so regularity in diet, oil application, and rest will support your overall healing. However, since these issues ponder to be serious, involving a healthcare provider for detailed evaluation would be wise too, as they can ensure a safe integration of modern and traditional therapies.

Thanks so much for clarifying this! I had no idea mixing meds could be risky. I'll stick to my doctor's meds and look into Ayurveda separately.
