Considering the information you’ve provided - adenomyosis, chocolate cysts, and low AMH levels - the approach from an Ayurvedic perspective involves addressing the root causes related to dosha imbalances.

Adenomyosis and chocolate cysts typically relates to an imbalance in vata and kapha doshas. Vata aggravation can lead to increased sensitivity and pain, while an increase in kapha may cause blockages and cyst formation. Therefore priority should be balancing these doshas through diet, lifestyle, and some Ayurvedic interventions.

Diet is a key component. Focus on warming and nourishing foods to pacify vata dosha. Think of soups, stews, whole grains, and cooked vegetables. Avoid raw, cold, and very dry food items. Reduce intake of processed foods, sugar, excessive dairy and heavy, oily meals as they can increase kapha aggravation. Spices like ginger, turmeric, and black pepper can be beneficial- it will help improve your digestion and reduce bloating.

Lifestyle modifications also play a crucial role. Gentle exercise and yoga are recommended, particularly poses that improve circulation and ease stress. Pranayama and meditation may help in managing stress levels and maintaining a calm mind, which is important since stress can exacerbate vata related disorders.

In terms of direct treatments, Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga (oil massages) with specific anti-vata oils can be beneficial. Panchakarma treatments, under a qualified practitioner, especially Virechana (therapeutic purgation) and Basti karma (medicated enema) can help in detoxification and balancing doshas. However, its crucial that these treatments are performed in a professional setting.

Given your condition of low AMH, it’s important to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized formulations and herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, or Lodhra which might help in supporting reproductive health.

However, always coordinate closely with your healthcare providers. Ayurveda can complement your primary treatment but not replace necessary medical procedures. In cases like these, collaboration between different medical approaches often yields the most balanced and effective care.
