Uterus is not seen, representing uterine agenesis. Mild irregular soft tissue thickening is seen at the expected location of uterus. Bilateral ovaries appear normal in size and show multiple small follicles. Features represent Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) - typical form (type A) with absent uterus and normal ovaries -class I Mullerian duct anomaly No other significant abnormality is detected

Yeah because you have functional ovaries, that’s the reason you are having periods,….surrogacy is better option I feel

Small uterus size can sometimes signify a medical condition such as uterine hypoplasia or agenesis, where the uterus is underdeveloped or missing. If the ultrasound (sonography) cannot locate the uterus, it might indicate a condition like Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, where women are born without a functioning uterus. However, this is an area that requires careful exploration by an expert in gynecology.

Ayurveda looks at these conditions holistically. It considers not just the physical symptoms but also balances of doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, health of the dhatus (tissues), and digestive fire (agni). Since your periods, albeit irregular, are present, this suggests some hormonal activity and could mean an imbalance rather than a complete absence of uterine function.

To support reproductive health from an Ayurvedic perspective, it might be helpful to focus on lifestyle and diet that balances Vata dosha, which governs movement and reproductive system’s function. Avoid excessive cold and dry foods which can aggravate Vata—opt for warm, cooked meals with ghee or sesame oil. Include herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari known traditionally to support reproductive health.

Pay attention to managing stress, which can disturb the doshas, particularly Vata. Regular meditation, yoga, and pranyama help to balance this. Additionally, ensure adequate sleep—ideally before 10 pm—as Vata disturbances also affect sleep patterns.

It’s crucial to understand such a condition needs thorough medical evaluation, so consulting an Ayurvedic specialist along with your gynecologist is key. They will help tailor a plan that respects your unique constitution (prakriti), includes supportive therapy, dietary guidance, and, if necessary, medical intervention. In cases potentially leading to serious health implications, always prioritize professional gynecological care urgently.

Be cautious about any online recommendation, these are general advice; one should always see medical consultations. Uterus issues are complex and require a nuanced approach, bridging traditional and modern medicinal insights.
