AGE- 39 trying for second baby Diagnosed with uterus stenosis- narrow cervix IVF/ IUI failed Periods- 1 day flow only Doctor advised surgery

Uterus stenosis means the opening of the cervix is too narrow. This prevents -entry of sperm into uterus -proper menstrual flow -successfull intrauterine insemination(IUI) or embryo transfer

ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA,

Uterus stenosis correlates with -Yoni vyapad- uterine disorders -Vandhyatva- infetility -Avarana of Apana vata- obstruction of downward moving energy.

ROOT CAUSES- -Vata imbalance- dryness, narrowing, obstruction of cervical canal -Rasa and shukra dhatu deficiency-> low fertility -possible scar tissue or poor circulation in reproductive tract.

GOALS OF AYURVEDIC TREATMENT: -remove blockage -balance vata -improves uterine and cervical tone - nourish reproductive tissues-shudra dhatu

TREATMENT PLAN(3-6 MONTHS )

PHASE 1- PREPARATION AND CLEANSING duration= 21 days Goal= open blockage, remove toxins, soften uterus

1) CASTOR OIL CLEANSE(ERANDA SNEHA) Dose= 2-3 tsp castor oil with warm milk- once a week for 2 weeks = clears vata from pelvic region, softens tissue

2) OIL MASSAGE AND STEAM - BALA TAILA =full body massage + steam bath -daily or alternate day for 7-14 days =loosens stiffness, improves blood flow to uterus

उम्र- 39 दूसरे बच्चे के लिए प्रयास कर रही हूँ गर्भाशय स्टेनोसिस का निदान- संकीर्ण गर्भाशय ग्रीवा आईवीएफ/आईयूआई विफल मासिक धर्म- केवल 1 दिन का प्रवाह डॉक्टर ने सर्जरी की सलाह दी गर्भाशय स्टेनोसिस का मतलब है कि गर्भाशय ग्रीवा का उद्घाटन बहुत संकीर्ण है। यह रोकता है -गर्भाशय में शुक्राणु का प्रवेश -उचित मासिक धर्म प्रवाह -सफल अंतर्गर्भाशयी गर्भाधान (आईयूआई) या भ्रूण स्थानांतरण आयुर्वेद के अनुसार,

गर्भाशय स्टेनोसिस से संबंधित है -योनि व्यापद- गर्भाशय संबंधी विकार -वंध्यात्व- बांझपन -अपान वात का आवरण- नीचे की ओर जाने वाली ऊर्जा में बाधा।

मूल कारण- -वात असंतुलन- सूखापन, संकीर्णता, ग्रीवा नलिका में रुकावट -रस और शुक्र धातु की कमी-> कम प्रजनन क्षमता - प्रजनन पथ में संभावित निशान ऊतक या खराब परिसंचरण।

आयुर्वेदिक उपचार के लक्ष्य: -रुकावट दूर करें -वात को संतुलित करें -गर्भाशय और ग्रीवा की टोन में सुधार करें -प्रजनन ऊतकों को पोषण दें-शूद्र धातु

उपचार योजना (3-6 महीने)

चरण 1- तैयारी और सफाई अवधि= 21 दिन लक्ष्य= रुकावट को खोलना, विषाक्त पदार्थों को निकालना, गर्भाशय को नरम करना

1) अरंडी के तेल से सफाई (एरंडा स्नेहा) खुराक= 2-3 चम्मच अरंडी का तेल गर्म दूध के साथ- 2 सप्ताह तक सप्ताह में एक बार = श्रोणि क्षेत्र से वात को साफ करता है, ऊतकों को नरम करता है

2) तेल मालिश और भाप - बाला तेल =पूरे शरीर की मालिश + भाप स्नान -7-14 दिनों के लिए प्रतिदिन या एक दिन छोड़कर =अकड़न को कम करता है, गर्भाशय में रक्त प्रवाह को बेहतर बनाता है

चरण 2- स्थानीय चिकित्सा (उत्तर बस्ती+योनि उपचार) अवधि= प्रति चक्र 7-14 दिन, 2-3 चक्रों के लिए दोहराएँ शुरू= मासिक धर्म समाप्त होने के बाद (मासिक धर्म चक्र के 6-12वें दिन) लक्ष्य- गर्भाशय ग्रीवा को खोलना, गर्भाशय को पोषण देना

1) उत्तर बस्ती (केवल क्लिनिक में डॉक्टर की देखरेख में) -दवा= फल घृत -खुराक= 2-5 मिली अंतर्गर्भाशयी -अवधि= 2-3 चक्रों के लिए प्रति माह 3-7 सत्र -प्रभाव= स्टेनोसिस गर्भाशय ग्रीवा को खोलता है, गर्भाशय की परत में सुधार करता है।

2) योनि पिचू- योनि टैम्पोन थेरेपी -दवा= शतावरी तेल -विधि= तेल में भिगोया हुआ रुई का फाहा प्रतिदिन 1-2 घंटे योनि में रखें -अवधि= प्रत्येक चक्र में 10-15 दिन -प्रभाव= गर्भाशय ग्रीवा को नरम करता है, योनि और गर्भाशय के ऊतकों को पोषण देता है

3) योनि धवन- योनि धुलाई -काढ़ा= दशमूल कषाय -विधि= पिचू से पहले प्रतिदिन योनि को धोएँ -अवधि= 10 दिन/चक्र -प्रभाव= सूजनरोधी, निशान ऊतक को कम करता है

चरण 3- प्रजनन क्षमता में वृद्धि अवधि= 3-6 महीने लक्ष्य= ओव्यूलेशन को मजबूत करना, गर्भाधान में सहायता करना, चक्रों को विनियमित करना

1) फल घृत- 3 महीने तक सुबह खाली पेट गर्म दूध के साथ 1 चम्मच =गर्भाशय टॉनिक, प्रजनन क्षमता में सुधार करता है

2) शतावरी चूर्ण- 1 चम्मच गर्म दूध के साथ सुबह और रात में 3-6 महीने तक लें = ओवुलेशन को बढ़ाता है, प्राकृतिक रूप से एस्ट्रोजन बढ़ाता है

3) अशोकारिष्ट- 3 महीने तक भोजन के बाद बराबर पानी के साथ 20 मिली = मासिक धर्म को नियंत्रित करता है, गर्भाशय को मजबूत करता है

4) पुत्रजीवक + शिवलिंगी बीज- 1 चम्मच चूर्ण को मिलाकर सुबह खाली पेट 3-6 महीने तक गर्म दूध के साथ लें = ओवुलेशन को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करता है, गर्भधारण में सहायता करता है

5) दशमूलारिष्ट- 3 महीने तक भोजन से पहले 20 मिली गर्म पानी के साथ लें = वात को संतुलित करता है, रुकावट से राहत देता है

6) चंद्रप्रभा वटी- 2-3 महीने तक भोजन के बाद 2 टैब प्रतिदिन लें = गर्भाशय परिसंचरण को बेहतर बनाता है, गर्भाशय ग्रीवा के स्वास्थ्य का समर्थन करता है

आहार संबंधी सुझाव

इसमें शामिल हैं - गर्म, अच्छी तरह से पका हुआ भोजन - दूध+घी, मूंग दाल, लाल चावल, गेहूं रोटी -उबले हुए शकरकंद, कद्दू, गाजर, चुकंदर, लौकी -फल:- पका हुआ केला, खजूर, भीगे हुए किशमिश, पपीता, सेब का स्टू -सूखे मेवे:- भीगे हुए बादाम, अखरोट, अंजीर-वजन+बालों के लिए -मसाले- अजवाइन, जीरा, मेथी, सौंफ, हींग

Symptoms= short period, narrowed uterine mouth , failed IUI, second baby planning

Uterus stenosis means the cervix is abnormally narrow, which may block menstrual flow and hinder sperm entry, thus affecting fertility. This could lead to : - very light or short periods -failed IUI - difficult in conceiving naturally

Doctors have suggested a surgical option, which is often dilation(to widen the cervical opening).

In Ayurveda , this condition related to Artavavaha srotas dushti ( blockage of menstrual channels), Yonivaha srotas avarodha, and sometimes vata imbalance(Apana vata particularly).

AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT PLAN vata governs downward flow nd opening of channels. imbalance can lead to dryness, constriction, and narrowing.

-BASTI THERAPY= best panchakarma for apana vata regulation. useful in clearing blockages and strengthening reproductive organs. Ksheera basti(milk oil enema) or Yoni basti(vaginal oil installation)

-UTTAR BASTI- medicated ghee/oil inserted via vagina into uterus - helps clear blockage , soften tissues, and enhance fertility.

I am Dr Soukhya, completed my BAMS degree under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, and sometimes I still can’t believe how fast that year of full-time practice went by… feels like I m still figuring small things while already handling so many female disorders and skin related conditions every day. I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. I am practicing for a year now, but honestly the learning kind of never stop, each patient shows something new… sometimes I even pause thinking “wait, did I explain that right” and then go again with more clarity. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated. I treated many gynic issues, from irregular cycles to pregnency related discomforts, and a lot of cosmetology concerns too (acne, pigmentation and stuff that people get worried about really quickly!). I am also running offline yoga classes for pregnant women and others too… it started simple but grew into this small supportive space where I see how much differnce breathing and mindful movement makes. Sometimes the schedule gets messy, or I m not sure if the batch timing was perfect, but the sessions still turn meaningful. Ayurveda, yoga, routine corrections — all these tie together in my approach. I try to keep things straighforward, even if my notes get a bit scattered here and there or a comma miss somewhere, but the intention stays steady: help people feel better with methods that respect body’s natural healing.
