Navigating low AMH and poor egg quality is indeed a challenge, but Ayurveda offers holistic approaches that may support your reproductive health. In Ayurveda, improving egg quality and reproductive wellness can involve balancing the doshas, particularly Vata, and enhancing overall ojas (vital energy).

First, diet plays a crucial role. Incorporate warm, nourishing foods to balance Vata, focusing on whole grains like quinoa and brown rice, and hearty soups. Include ghee as it is nourishing and helps in enhancing ojas. Consider incorporating almonds, walnuts, and seeds like flaxseeds which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that support hormonal balance. Avoid processed and cold foods as they can agitate Vata and hinder digestion.

Herbs are beneficial companions too. Ashwagandha is a revered Ayurvedic herb for boosting fertility and supporting the reproductive system. Taking 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk at night can be beneficial. Another supportive herb is Shatavari, known for enhancing female fertility, aiming to consume about 1 teaspoon daily with warm milk.

Lifestyle modifications are key, prioritize stress reduction techniques, as stress can exacerbate Vata imbalance and affect reproductive health. Practices such as yoga and pranayama can be immensely beneficial; they not only enhance physical health but also provide mental tranquility. Daily 20-minute sessions focusing on mindfulness can significantly aid in reducing stress levels.

Regular sleep is vital too. Ensure a stable routine, going to bed by 10 pm to align with natural circadian rhythms. Adequate rest promotes ojas and enhances overall wellbeing.

Avoid excessive exercise, as it may increase stress and imbalance Vata. Instead, aim for gentle exercises like walking or swimming. It’s also important to remain hydrated; sipping on warm water with a dash of ginger throughout the day supports digestion and ojas.

Remember, while Ayurveda is effective, it is important to keep regular follow-ups with your medical doctor to monitor progress. Each individual is unique, and a more personalized consultation can further tailor these suggestions to better fit your constitution and journey.

The challenge of low AMH and poor egg quality requires a balanced approach that incorporates both Siddha-Ayurvedic principles and current medical knowledge. Focus on enhancing your overall reproductive health along with your egg quality. First, we need look at diet and lifestyle, avoiding sudden changes but incorporating changes gradually.

Incorporating a diet rich in antioxidants can support egg health. Daily include foods plentiful in vitamins like A, C, and E found in fresh fruits and vegetables, such as berries, leafy greens, and nuts - but be cautious not to overconsume any single nutrient. Also, focus on protein sources that improve dhatus, the tissue systems, such as lentils and mung beans, and healthy fats like ghee and sesame oil which harmonize Vata and Pitta doshas, often disturbed in fertility issues.

Lifestyle modifications play a significant role. Ensure a regular sleep routine and manage stress through practices like pranayama or yoga, targeting nadis, the energy channels. Kapalbhati or Anulom Vilom pranayama could be beneficial to refresh and energize your body.

Specific herbs, a vital part of Ayurveda, can help in hormonal balance. Consider Ashwagandha and Shatavari – they can support vitality and enhance reproductive health but it is vital to consult a practitioner familiar with your prakriti for dosage and suitability, since herbal interactions and individual’s constitution must be respected.

Support your agni or metabolic fire with proper digestion aids like drinking warm water with a dash of lemon at the start of your day.

It’s important this journey be guided closely; meeting an Ayurvedic practitioner who can consider your whole constitution and any concurrent treatments is advised. Don’t discontinue modern fertility advice without consulting your healthcare provider. enjing immediate medical consultation is crucial in urgent situations.
