I am really confused about something. For a while now, I’ve been hearing that eating amla is good for hair, and honestly, I’m skeptical. A couple of months ago, I started noticing my hair thinning and it totally freaked me out. Like, I’m not even 30 yet! My friend told me that amla could help, but I just don’t know.
