Start with Chandraprbha vati 1-0-1 after food with water Gokshuradi guggul 2-0-0 after food with water Have coconut water, barley water,fresh lime water through out the day . Avoid spicy food, street food Include kulathi dal (Horse gram) in your diet 1 katori daily.
Burning sensation during urination, frequent urges to urinate and pelvic pain may indicate an imbalance that could be related to an infection, often urinary tract infections (UTI). In understanding through Ayurveda, it’s typically viewed as a disturbance in Pitta dosha, which governs heat and transformation processes in the body. Here’s what you can consider;
Firstly, hydration is key. Drink ample water throughout the day. Aim for around 8–10 glasses daily to help flush out toxins from the urinary tract. You can add a pinch of cumin seeds to water, boil gently and consume once cooled, as cumin is cooling and helps balance Pitta.
Next, dietary adjustments: steer clear of spicy, sour, and salty foods as they can aggravate Pitta and lead to irritation. Include cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water — they help soothe inflammation.
Incorporate herbs like Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) which promotes urinary health and helps ease the flow. It can be consumed in powdered form mixed with warm water or a decoction.
Yoga and gentle stretches could aid some relief; Poses like Matsyasana (Fish Pose) and Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) can support pelvic health encouraging better blood circulation in the lower abdomen. 10-15 minutes of daily practice is advisable.
Supplementarily, a powder mix of coriander seeds and fennel seeds (soaked overnight) strained and taken in morning can be beneficial due its cooling properties.
However, with symptoms such as these, it is important to not overlook the possibility of an actual infection. Medical consultation for urine analysis is highly recommended if symptoms persist, severe pain or fever occurs— Prompt treatment can prevent complications that Ayurvedic approaches may not immediately address.
Adhering to a balanced regimen while observing the body’s response to these modifications could help in managing symptoms effectively over time.
