✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Nisha Amalaki Churna – ½ tsp twice daily before meals with warm water. (Balances blood sugar, detoxifies the liver, and brightens complexion)

2. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food (Acts as a natural antibiotic, reduces infection and inflammation in urinary-genital tract.)

3. Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food (Improves urine flow, relieves burning and swelling.)

4. Triphala Guggulu – 2 tablets at night. (Aids wound healing and balances Pitta-Kapha in affected tissues.)

✅LOCAL TREATMENT

Proper local hygiene and external care are equally important for preventing reinfection.

Cleansing: Wash the area gently twice daily with lukewarm Triphala decoction or Neem leaf water. Avoid soaps, chemical cleansers, or antiseptic creams that dry the area.

Oil Application: After cleaning and drying the area, apply a thin layer of Jatyadi Taila These oils promote healing, reduce burning, and prevent fungal growth.

Avoid Tight synthetic undergarments, prolonged moisture, and scratching the affected area.

✅DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

✅ Include

Bitter and astringent-tasting foods: bitter gourd (karela), fenugreek (methi), turmeric, neem leaves, amla, ridge gourd. Whole grains like barley, millets, old rice. Triphala decoction or aloe vera juice in the morning to cleanse bowels. Bottle gourd soup, ridge gourd curry, and green moong dal — light yet nourishing.

❌ Avoid

Sugary, fried, sour, or heavy foods (curd at night, cheese, paneer). Excess salt, spicy dishes, alcohol, and bakery foods. Long gaps between meals and daytime sleeping.

Hydration: Drink lukewarm water throughout the day to flush toxins and maintain kidney health.

✅LIFESTYLE AND YOGA RECOMMENDATION

Maintain proper hygiene and keep the genital area dry. Practice light physical activity — walking or yoga for 30–45 minutes daily. Perform Anulom Vilom and Kapalabhati pranayama for improving metabolism and insulin response. Sleep early and avoid mental stress or anger — both increase Pitta and worsen inflammation.

These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

I am working in Ayurveda since 5+ years now, and what really drives me is figuring out how to make healing actually work for the person in front of me — not just treating their symptoms n moving on. Most people come in with gut issues at first — acidity, gas, constipation, stuff like that. But once you start listening close, there’s usually more behind it... doshic imbalances, wrong diet over yrs, even stress patterns. I usually start with their prakriti (constitution) and current complaints, and then map a treatment plan from there — herbs, some diet correction, maybe mild Panchakarma, depends. I don't repeat same formula for every case. I try to keep things practical too… like no overly fancy routines that they won’t follow anyway. Some cases take time. But I’ve seen even chronic bloating or GERD improve when you look at food habits and gut fire (agni) closely enough. I follow classical texts a lot but also read up on newer research when I can — sometimes it helps connect things better. And I never just hand over meds n rush — I want them to get it, to know why we’re doing what we’re doing. That awareness matters. My aim is not just short-term relief but to guide them back to some lasting kind of balance, if that makes sense. And yeah, I do mess up sometimes with too much detail or wrong timing — but then I adjust. It's a process, and every patient's story sort of shapes the way I grow in this field too.

Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.
