✅ EXTERNAL CARE
👉Scalp Massage (Abhyanga):
Use Neelibhringadi Taila – warm slightly before applying.
Massage gently with fingertips for 10–15 minutes, leave for 1 hour, and then wash with herbal shampoo (like Reetha, Aloe vera, or Shikakai). Do this 3–4 times per week. This improves circulation, strengthens roots, and reduces scalp inflammation.
👉Weekly Hair Mask:
Mix 2 tbsp Aloe vera gel, 1 tsp Amla powder, and 1 tsp Bhringraj powder with curd. Apply on scalp for 30 minutes and rinse with mild herbal shampoo.
✅ DIET & LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION
✅ Include:
Warm, freshly cooked meals with ghee or sesame oil. Amla, curry leaves, dates, figs, almonds, black sesame seeds. Moong dal, millets, barley, seasonal fruits, and vegetables. Herbal teas with cumin, fennel, or coriander seeds. Stay well hydrated — 8–10 glasses of lukewarm water daily.
❌ Avoid:
Spicy, fried, junk, or preserved food. Excess tea, coffee, refined sugar, and late-night sleep. Chemical shampoos, hair colors, and hot blow-drying. Mental stress, overthinking, or irregular meals.
✅ YOGA & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT Asanas- Adho Mukha Svanasana Uttanasana Sarvangasana Vajrasana (After meals – aids digestion)
Pranayama Anulom Vilom , Bhramari These practices improve oxygenation to the scalp and calm the mind.
👉Lifestyle Tips:
Sleep by 10 PM and get at least 7–8 hours of rest. Use a silk pillowcase to reduce hair breakage. Manage stress with gentle yoga or meditation.
Improvement is gradual but long-lasting when internal balance and scalp health are restored.
Continue checking iron, vitamin D, and thyroid levels periodically, as imbalances can aggravate hair loss.
