Typhoid ke baad ke prabhav ko dekhte hue, aapka sharir abhi bhi apni santulan ko wapas pane ki koshish mein hai. 5. Twacha ke liye mulethi powder ko haldi sath mix kark egg white mein mila k face par lagay, isse pigmentation aur tan line kam honge.
Vyayam ya pranayama zaroor karen, kyunki yeh apke sharir ke basti kriya bal ko sahi direction mein laayega. Agar cough ka masla zyada hai, toh kisi visheshagya se paramarsha lein, kyunki galey ke rog karan varg mein yeh zaada kharad ho sakta hai.
