नमस्ते, मेरा नाम शिबानी साहू है। मेरी पीरियड्स नियमित नहीं होती हैं। मैंने एक अल्ट्रासाउंड करवाया था जिसमें बताया गया कि मुझे पीसीओएस है। मुझे मुंहासे भी हो रहे हैं, जबकि मैं ज्यादा फास्ट फूड या तले हुए खाने का सेवन नहीं करती। मैं स्वस्थ आहार लेती हूं, लेकिन फिर भी मेरी पीरियड्स नियमित नहीं होतीं। एक साल से मुझे पीरियड्स लाने के लिए दवाइयां लेनी पड़ रही हैं।

Herbal remedies can also support your treatment. Triphala churna is known to help digest metabolic toxins and supports the menstrual cycle. Ashwagandha may stabilize mood and support hormonal balance, while Shatavari is renowned for female reproductive health. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized dosage.

Managing stress is critical since it can aggravate vata and impact menstrual health. Embark on meditation practices or whatever method helps you unwind at the day’s end. Sleep is equally crucial – ensure you rest adequately, ideally in a set pattern, to support your body’s rhythm.
