मैं 75 साल का हूँ और मुझे लगभग दो महीने से गले के पीछे छाले हो रहे हैं, जो ठीक नहीं हो रहे हैं। डॉक्टर ने मुझे कुछ निस्टैटिन दिया था, मैंने वो खत्म कर लिया लेकिन अभी भी छाले हैं। मुझे ठीक महसूस हो रहा है, न बुखार है और न ही कोई और समस्या। आपके विचार में ये क्या हो सकता है?
