छह महीने पहले मेरा सी-सेक्शन से बच्चा हुआ था और मैं वजन कम करने की कोशिश कर रही हूँ। क्या कुछ ऐसा है जो मैं ले सकती हूँ या बस इंतजार करूँ? साथ ही मुझे अपने दाएं तरफ की पसलियों के नीचे दर्द महसूस होता है। इसका कारण क्या हो सकता है? जब मैं दबाती हूँ तो दर्द नहीं होता लेकिन हाथ हटाते ही दर्द होता है। डिलीवरी के बाद 6 हफ्ते की अपॉइंटमेंट के बाद उन्होंने मेरी जांच नहीं की। मैं क्या करूँ क्योंकि मुझे पीठ में दर्द और सिरदर्द भी होने लगे हैं?
