मेरे शरीर का प्रमुख प्रकार वात है, पित्त असंतुलन है, वात असंतुलन है, इस समय आम बढ़ा हुआ है और 14 साल से कब्ज की समस्या है, मुझे क्या करना चाहिए?

Hello I can understand you are suffering with constipation since 14 years Thats too long duration And i must appreciate the knowledge you have about ayurvedic doshas Yes it is vata dominant along with pitta imbalance and Ama accumulation We must target the root cause as since 14 years you have been suffering So dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 ▪️Aim of treatment -Remove ama -improve digestive fire -Balance vata and pitta -regulate daily bowel habit ▪️Ayurvedic plan of treatment ▪️Internal medication 1.Abhyaristha 30 ml twice daily after food 2.Triphala churna 1 tsp at bed time with warm water 3.Anuloma DS 1 tablet at bed time 4.Avipathikar churna 1 tsp with warm water before food twice daily if acidity is present ▪️Weekly twice Take 1 tsp of castor oil with warm water at bed time ▪️External care Massage your abdomen groin and lower back with castor oil or coconut oil and do hot water fomentation ▪️Diet plan Diet plays very important role in managing constipation Include= -Ghee 1 tsp daily -Soaked dates and figs -10 soaked black rasins -Papaya and vegetables like carrot -cooked vegetable daily Avoid= -Pomegranate -Very dry foods -too much tea or coffee -Fasting ▪️daily routine for you -wake up early -take 2 glass of water. -walk for 10 minutes -sit on toilet seat for sometime even if you dont get pressure but do not put pressure from youself ▪️Lifestyle advice -have a walk for 30 minutes daily -do Suryanamaskara -Bare foot walking in garden ▪️If you dont get relief even after doing go for panchakarma therapy Basti -enema therapy will help you the most in such chronic cases Wishing you good health and regular bowel 😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

●The Importance of a Flatulence-Reducing Diet The first step to preventing constipation is a flatulence-reducing diet. Avoid: Cold food and drinks, salads, dried fruits, excessive lentils and kidney beans, stale food Adopt: Warm, fresh food, well-cooked vegetables, warm water, and a small amount of oil or ghee ●Triphala • 1 to 1 teaspoon of Triphala • 1 cup of warm water • Soak for 5-10 minutes Triphala: The Best Ayurvedic Remedy This is Ayurveda’s most balanced treatment for constipation. How to consume: • Take Triphala at night. If you have frequent urination at night, take Triphala in the morning on an empty stomach. ●Why is fiber important? Fiber softens and makes stools more mobile. Include in your diet: • Porridge • Oats • Wheat bran • Whole grains • Fresh fruits and vegetables Fiber + water = easier bowel movements. ●Castor Oil (in special circumstances) Method – • Ginger tea • Add 2 teaspoons of castor oil • Consume at night. Do not use regularly as it can be habit-forming. ●Using Flaxseed At night • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed • Boil in 1 cup of water • Drink with the seeds. This lubricates and speeds up bowel movements.
