Hello Neha, PCOS according to Ayurveda is an imbalance in the Agni (metabolic apparatus of the body ) & the kapha , Vata Dosha. You haven’t mentioned about your weight & status of your stools. Overall the management has to be Kapha reducing foods & lifestyle. 1. Avoid excessive heavy oily fried processed food especially around ovulation. 2. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. 3. Exercise atleast 1 hour daily. Surya namaskar is recommended. Aerobic exercise, Swimming & Jogging can be practiced too. 4. Castor oil abdominal packs everyday before bath to be practiced religiously. 5. Include seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds in the diet regular. 6. Drink water boiled with coriander seeds & dry ginger starting from 15 days before periods. Do consult me for further guidance. PCOS can be reversed in 3-6 months completely with Ayurvedic management. PCOD ke sath conceive karna thoda challenging ho sakta hai par Ayurved mein kuch asan madad kar sakta hai. Pehle toh, diet par dhyan dena bahut zaruri hai. Koi bhi refined sugar ya junk food se door rahen kyunki ye insulin resistance badhate hain. Whole grains, fresh fruits, aur vegetables lein, fiber mein jitna ho sakta hai utna rich diet rakhein.

Aapko apna din yoga aur meditation se shuru karna chahiye. Specially kuch aasans jisse blood flow pelvic area mein badhta hai, jaise bhujangasana aur dhanur-asana. Ye aasans hormonal balance mein madad karte hain, jo PCOD ke liye beneficial hai. Lekin, ye sab routine bana kar karna hoga, regularly.

Baki, Ayurveda mein ek herb hai jise Ashwagandha kehte hain, ye fertility improve karne mein madad karta hai. Thoda stress kam karega aur aapko overall bina invasive treatment ki madad milti hai.
