बाल झड़ने, डैंड्रफ और बेजान त्वचा की चिंताएं - #44791
मेरी दो चिंताएँ हैं। पहली: मैं पुरुष पैटर्न गंजापन से पीड़ित हूँ और इसके लिए मैं पिछले 2 साल से मिनोक्सिडिल 5% का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ और यह काम कर रहा है, लेकिन अब मुझे डैंड्रफ की समस्या हो गई है, डैंड्रफ बहुत चिपचिपे और बड़े फ्लेक्स के रूप में हैं। दूसरी: पहले मेरी त्वचा चमकदार थी लेकिन अब मेरी त्वचा दिन-ब-दिन फीकी पड़ रही है और शायद मैं अपनी चमक खो रहा हूँ। इसलिए मैं इन दोनों समस्याओं का समाधान और इलाज करना चाहता हूँ और साथ ही मैं अपनी आंतों के स्वास्थ्य को रीसेट करना चाहता हूँ और इसे डिटॉक्सिफाई करना चाहता हूँ।

Treatment - 1.Amalaki rasayan -5gm twice a day after lunch and dinner 2. Bhringraj tablet 2-0-2 after meals. 3. Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 4.For hair growth - Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week. .For dandruff - Tankan bhasma -5gms - Mix it with coconut oil and apply on hair ,leave for 2-3 hours and then shampoo.
Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food. Yoga- Anulomvilom,Adhomukhashavasan, Uttanasan Lifestyle modifications - Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep.
