नमस्ते, मेरे गले पर छोटे सफेद मस्से हैं और गले की त्वचा में खुजली हो रही है। पहले यह लाल थी और शरीर में बहुत गर्मी महसूस हो रही थी। डेटा योग और नारियल तेल की मालिश से त्वचा की लालिमा कम हो गई है, लेकिन छोटे मस्से अभी भी हैं और गले के आसपास हल्की लालिमा बनी हुई है।
