A mix of Bhringraj and Amla, traditionally recognized for supporting hair health, can be consumed in powder or extract form. It’s suggested to take these daily, mixed with a bit of warm water or milk, preferably on an empty stomach.
Avoid harsh chemical treatments or dyes, as they can exacerbate the problem. Instead, opt for natural coloring options like henna, which aligns better with Ayurvedic principles.
Lastly, ensure your son undergoes regular stress management, perhaps through yoga or meditation practices, significantly impacting Pitta balance and overall wellbeing.
