Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Hello,

Your history of 7 years of white discharge, repeated recurrence after both Ayurvedic & allopathic medicines, along with leg pain, weakness, hair fall, premature greying, dark circles, and swelling under the eyes, indicates a long-standing imbalance of Apana Vata, Kapha accumulation, and Dhatu Kshaya (weak tissues). Chronic white discharge for many years can lead to Rasa–Rakta–Ojas depletion, causing fatigue, hair issues, dark circles, low energy, and swelling under the eyes.

Your treatment will focus on stopping the discharge, strengthening the reproductive tissues, improving metabolism, correcting anemia/weakness, and reducing stress-Vata.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (Important for long-term cases like yours) 1. CBC, Hb, Ferritin – to check anemia (common in chronic discharge) 2. Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4) – affects hair, dark circles, weakness 3. Vitamin D3 & B12 – deficiency causes fatigue & body pain 4. Blood Sugar (FBS/PP) – high sugar can worsen discharge 5. Urine Routine – rule out infection

💊 Internal Medicines Phase 1 – 21 days (Stop discharge + reduce Kapha + strengthen Apana Vata) 1. Pushyanuga Churna – ½ tsp with warm water twice daily 2. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food 3. Ashoka Ghrita – 1 tsp with warm water in the morning 4. Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice daily after food

Phase 2 – 45 days (Rejuvenation + hormonal balance + hair strengthening + energy boost) 1. Shatavari Kalpa / Shatavari tablets – 1 tablet twice daily 2. Ashwagandha tablets – 1 tablet at bedtime 3. Amla Ras / Amla Capsule – 1 cap morning on empty stomach 4. Nari Sudha / Female Rasayana – 1 tablet twice daily

These help stop recurrence, nourish tissues, and reduce fatigue.

🌿 External Therapies 1. Cold Triphala water eye wash – daily morning for under-eye swelling 2. Kumkumadi Oil – apply lightly under eyes at night for dark circles 3. Bhringraj Oil – scalp massage 3× weekly for hair fall 4. Hot water bath for legs – for leg pain & Vata relief

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid 1. Curd, milk + fruit, sour foods 2. Spicy, oily, bakery foods 3. Cold water, cold drinks 4. Sleeping immediately after meals 5. Excess sugar (increases discharge)

✅ Include 1. Warm, light foods – khichdi, dal, steamed vegetables 2. Pomegranate, dates, raisins (supports blood & energy) 3. Jeera water / coriander water daily 4. 1 tsp ghee in lunch to balance Vata 5. Beetroot, drumstick leaves for blood levels

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga & Pranayama For Apana Vata balance & energy improvement 1. Vajrasana after meals 2. Setu Bandhasana 3. Supta Baddha Konasana 4. Paschimottanasana Pranayama 1. Anulom Vilom – 10 minutes 2. Bhramari – 5 minutes (stress relief) 3. Sheetali – reduces heat and discharge

🕉️ Follow-up & Duration * White discharge reduces in 2–3 weeks * Weakness & leg pain improve in 3–4 weeks * Hair fall & dark circles start improving in 6–8 weeks * Full tissue strengthening requires 3–4 months * Chronic cases like yours need consistent rasayana therapy

✨ With proper Vata–Kapha balance, hormonal support, and dhatu nourishment, your discharge, weakness, and hair issues can improve steadily.

With kind regards, Dr. Sumi MS(Ayu)

Hello

I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ totally get where you are coming from. White discharge along with general body weakness for 7 years, leg pain, hair fall, premature greying of hair, and dark circles can be very draining of your energy — especially when medicines don’t seem to cure the problem but give only temporary relief. However, do not be troubled, as we have got your back here 😊

Your Concern

You are describing the following symptoms:

Persistent white discharge for 7 years Weakness & low energy Leg pain Hair fall + premature greying + no hair growth Dark circles & under-eye swelling Tried many Ayurvedic & allopathic treatments with only temporary results

The long-term problem here talks about chronic Vata-Pitta imbalance, low digestion (Agni), and the possibility of low hemoglobin.

Ayurveda will be very effective when the treatment is kept internally + externally + lifestyle changes simultaneously.

INTERNAL MEDICATION (For white discharge, weakness, hair & overall strength)

1. Pushyanug Churna – 1 tsp twice daily after food (Helps a lot with chronic white discharge, uterine)

2. Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk (Hormone balancing, discharge and weakness are reduced)

3. Ashwagandha Churna – ½ tsp at night (Gives strength, improves hair and removes fatigue)

4. Amla Rasayan – 1 tsp every morning (Very good for hair fall, premature greying, and dark)

5. Punarnava Mandur – 1-0-1 after food (Removes swelling under the eyes, increases hemoglobin)

Do these for 6 weeks to get stable results.

EXTERNAL CARE

For white discharge Warm water sitz bath You may add 1 tsp of turmeric or Triphala powder sit for 10 minutes daily reduces discharge and infection tendency. Hair loss & greying

Bhringraj oil or Neelibhringadi oil — 2–3 applications a week Keep the oil on overnight and rinse it off next morning Dark circles & eye swelling Put on cold cucumber slices Or rose water pads for 10 minutes At night, put a small amount of pure almond oil under your eyes

HOME REMEDIES

1.Take 1 glass of pomegranate juice 3–4 times a week 2.Black raisins that are soaked (8–10 pieces per day) 3.1 tsp of ghee daily 4.Coconut water but fresh 5. 1 tsp sesame seeds daily (for hair growth)

DIET PLAN

INCLUDE

Warm cooked food Ghee, milk, dates, raisins Leafy vegetables Mung dal, black chana Pomegranate, apples Homemade buttermilk (not cold)

AVOID

Eat spicy, oily and sour food Eat curd at night Consume cold drinks Take an excess of tea/coffee Drink very cold water Eat junk or packaged food

LIFESTYLE TIPS

Go to bed before 10:30 pm Do not keep yourself hungry for long hours Stay away from extremely cold weather Cut down on your stress as it leads to increased discharge & hair Do mild yoga exercises: Butterfly pose Setu Bandhasana Anulom Vilom 20–30 min daily walk

INVESTIGATIONS NEEDED (Only if symptoms continue)

Hemoglobin Vitamin B12 Vitamin D3 Thyroid profile Urine routine exam (optional)

WHAT TO EXPECT

With regular Ayurvedic treatment: White discharge will subside Energy & strength will rise Hair fall and greying will be slowed considerably Dark circles and swelling will reduce Digestion and hormonal balance will get better

An issue that has been with you for a long time like yours definitely gets better — but it takes 4 weeks of uninterrupted treatment.

Warm Regards, Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

Dr. Soukhya Hiremath
I am Dr Soukhya, completed my BAMS degree under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, and sometimes I still can’t believe how fast that year of full-time practice went by… feels like I m still figuring small things while already handling so many female disorders and skin related conditions every day. I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. I am practicing for a year now, but honestly the learning kind of never stop, each patient shows something new… sometimes I even pause thinking “wait, did I explain that right” and then go again with more clarity. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated. I treated many gynic issues, from irregular cycles to pregnency related discomforts, and a lot of cosmetology concerns too (acne, pigmentation and stuff that people get worried about really quickly!). I am also running offline yoga classes for pregnant women and others too… it started simple but grew into this small supportive space where I see how much differnce breathing and mindful movement makes. Sometimes the schedule gets messy, or I m not sure if the batch timing was perfect, but the sessions still turn meaningful. Ayurveda, yoga, routine corrections — all these tie together in my approach. I try to keep things straighforward, even if my notes get a bit scattered here and there or a comma miss somewhere, but the intention stays steady: help people feel better with methods that respect body’s natural healing.

Aapke lambe samay se chale aa rahe safed discharge ke issue aur uske saath judde anya lakshanon ka mool karan sharir ke doshon ka asantulan ho sakta hai. Siddha-Ayurved ke anusaar, aise lakshanon me kapha dosha aur vaat dosha ka asantulan pramukh roop se samanya hai. Yeh asantulan aapke agni (pachan kriya) mein bhi kami ka sanket de sakta hai, jo sapta dhatuon ko prabhavit karta hai.

Sabse pehle, apne aahar aur jeevan shaili par dhyan dijiyega. Heavy, snigdha aur bahut gheela khana nahi lena chahiye. Iske bajay, halka, sukha aur garam aahar vyavhaar mein laayiye. Ajwain aur saunth ko naram garm paani mein mila kar roz piijiyega, yeh agni ko prajwalit karega aur pachan ko sudharega.

Safed discharge ko kam karne ke liye, gokshura aur lodhra powder ko saman matra milakar sevan karen. Din mein do baar, khane ke baad iske churan ka apandan kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin, isko apne Ayurveda vaidya ke saath discuss karke hi ishtemal kijiye taaki aapki prakriti aur upchaar ke sahas ka vivaran sahi ho.

Dard aur weakness ko door karne ke liye abhyanga ka palan karen, khas taur se til tel ya mahanarayan tel se maalish karen. Yeh sharir ke mool tulana ko santulit karne mein sahayak hai. Balo ke liye bhringraj aur amla tel se sir dhona madadgar ho sakta hai. Swelling aur dark circles ke liye lehsun aur honey paani ke saath consume kar sakte ho, yeh circulation me madad karta hai. Agar lakshan zyda samay tak bane rahe toh kisi achhe ayurvedic specialist se milna behtar rahega.

Dr. Shaniba P
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, someone who’s pretty much built her clinical journey around natural healing, balance and yeah—just trying to help ppl feel a bit more whole again. I work mostly with conditions that kinda stay with people... like joint pain that won’t go away, periods all over the place, kids falling sick again n again, or just the kind of stress that messes up digestion n sleep n everything in between. A lot of my practice circles around arthritis, lower back pain, PCOD-ish symptoms, antenatal care, immunity problems in kids, and those quiet mental health imbalances ppl often don't talk much about. My approach isn’t just pulling herbs off a shelf and calling it a day. I spend time with classical diagnosis—checking Prakriti, figuring out doshas, seeing how much of this is physical and how much is coming from daily routine or emotional burnout. And treatments? Usually a mix of traditional Ayurvedic meds, Panchakarma (only if needed!!), changing food habits, tweaking the daily rhythm, and honestly... just slowing down sometimes. I’m also really into helping ppl understand themselves better—like once someone gets how their body is wired, things make more sense. I talk to patients about what actually suits their dosha, what throws them off balance, and how they can stop chasing quick fixes that don’t stick. Education's a big part of it. And yes, I’ve had patients walk in for constant cold and walk out realizing it’s more about weak agni n poor gut routines than just low immunity. Every case’s diff. Some are simple. Some not. But whether it’s a young woman trying to fix her cycles without hormones or a 6-year-old catching colds every week, I try building plans that last—not just short term relief stuff. Healing takes time and needs trust from both sides. End of the day, I try to keep it rooted—classical where it matters but flexible enough to blend with the world we're livin in rn. That balance is tricky, but worth it.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

My journey started at Jiva Ayurveda in Faridabad, where I spent around 3 years juggling in-clinic and telemedicine consultations. That time taught me how different patient care can look when it’s just you, the person’s voice, and classical texts. No fancy setups—just your grasp on nidan and your ability to *listen properly*. Then I moved into a Medical Officer role at Uttaranchal Ayurved College in Dehradun, where I stayed for 7 years. It was more than just outpatient care—I was also involved in academic work, teaching students while continuing to treat patients. That phase really pushed me to re-read things with new eyes. You explain something to students one day and then end up applying it differently the next day on a patient. The loop between theory and practice became sharper there. Right now, I’m working as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Shivalik Hospital (part of the Shivalik Ayurved Institute in Dehradun). It’s a dual role—consulting patients *and* making sure the hospital ops run smooth. I get to ensure that the Ayurvedic care we deliver is both clinically sound and logistically strong. From patient case planning to supporting clinical staff and overseeing treatment quality—I keep an eye on all of it. Across all these years, my focus hasn’t changed much—I still work to blend classical Ayurved with today’s healthcare structure in a way that feels practical, safe and real. I don’t believe in overloading patients or selling “quick detox” ideas. I work on balancing doshas, rebuilding agni, planning proper chikitsa based on the person’s condition and constitution. Whether it’s lifestyle disorders, seasonal issues, chronic cases, or plain unexplained fatigue—I try to reach the cause before anything else. I still believe that Ayurved works best when it’s applied with clarity and humility—not overcomplicated or oversold. That’s the approach I carry into every patient room and every team meeting. It’s a long road, but it’s one I’m fully walking.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Shalini Sreedharan
I am an Ayurvedic physician graduated from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Kerala, and sometimes I still feel that the years I spent learning there left a kind of rhythm in my mind—the way Kerala clinical traditions flow into every thought I have during a consult. I carry that depth of ayurvedic medicine into my practice, mixing it with a slightly modern lens whenever needed, though I admit my thoughts jump around a bit and I end up rewriting a sentence or two while explaining something. My main work sits at the intersection of musculoskeletal health and cosmetic aspects in Ayurveda. It sounds like two different worlds, but clinically they overlap a lot. A joint imbalance shows on the posture, a skin dullness links back to agni, and sometimes a patient tells me one tiny complaint that makes me rethink the whole plan. I pay attention to those small clues even when my notes look a bit scrambled or a comma goes missng somewhere. Panchakarma plays a big role in my approach—deep-acting therapies that work slowly but shift things from the inside. I like understanding why a particular procedure suits one person and not the next, and I sometimes pause midway through planning thinking *wait, that detail matters more than I thought*, then adjust the regimen with more care. Personalized wellness routines also matter a lot to me… diet tweaks, daily habits, simple corrections that people often underestimate. When it comes to cosmetic wellness—radiance, glow, natural rejuvenation—I focus on restoring balance rather than masking the issue. Ayurveda treats beauty as an outcome of internal harmony, and that idea guides most of my choices, even if my words come out a little tangled when trying to explain it fast. My intention is always to help you reach a place where your body feels stronger, lighter, more aligned, and yes, where your natural beauty shows without forcing it. I know healing takes patience, sometimes more than we expect, but I walk through it with you… step by step, with clarity, honesty, and a few typos here and there that sneak in when I’m typing too quick.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.
