डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

Ayurveda can help support liver health and reduce SGOT and SGPT levels. To address fatty liver (stage 3), Ayurvedic treatments focus on detoxification, improving digestion, and reducing Kapha dosha. Key herbs include Kutki, Bhumyamalaki, Triphala, and Turmeric, which support liver function and detox. Panchakarma (Ayurvedic detox therapy) may also be beneficial for clearing toxins and improving liver function.

Along with Ayurvedic remedies, adopting a low-fat, balanced diet rich in fibrous foods and antioxidants, along with regular exercise, can help lower liver enzymes. Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor a treatment plan based on your individual needs.

High SGOT and SGPT levels are often signs that your liver’s trying to tell ya something. In Ayurveda, we look at the liver as the seat of pitta, so we wanna approach this with a pitta-pacifying strategy. But hey, before starting anything, always double-check with your healthcare provider, especially if you’re under any medication.

First up, diet. Go easy on spicy, fried, and oily foods—these can aggravate your pitta dosha and overheat the liver. Instead, focus on including foods that are cooling and detoxifying. Think fresh fruits like grapes, pomegranates, and watermelons. Bitter greens like spinach and kale can be great too but avoid excessive amounts of raw food.

Turmeric is a natural liver supporter. Maybe try drinking turmeric-infused water in the morning. Just a pinch mixed in warm water—but not too much, we’re not aiming for a golden waterfall here! Also, try to include organic, whole grains like barley and quinoa, they can help in balancing pitta.

Lifestyle-wise, stress management is key. Take up meditation or simple breathing exercises to help calm your mind and your liver. Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine since both are like throwing fuel on a fire for the liver. Also, ensure you’re getting enough sleep. Poor sleep can be hard on your liver.

Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic remedy, supports liver function too. It’s mild and generally safe, but best to check in with someone experienced before you start it just in case it interacts with any medications you might be on.

And don’t forget hydration. Water helps flush out toxins, but stick with room temperature; ice-cold drinks can shock the system.

Remember, these suggestions are like gentle nudges to help your liver out, but they’re not gonna replace proper medical advice. If your liver enzymes remain high, a more comprehensive medical evaluation might be necessary.
