Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

HELLO,

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING -Dosha involved= kapha increase, vata increase, mild pitta imbaance -Dhatu affected= rasa, rakta, artava -srotas= artavavaha srotas (reproductive channels), rasavaha

KEY ISSUES -Cyst-> kapha-granthi -Irregular cycles-> Apana vata disturbance -Hashimoto’s -> Agnimandya + Autoimmune tendency -Delayed conception-> beeja-kshaya and kshetra dushti

MAIN TREATMENT OBJECTIVE -reduce ovarian cysts naturally -normalize thyroid function and metabolism -regulate menstrual cycle and ovulation -improve quality of ovum -prepare uterus -promote early, healthy conception

AYURVEDIC MEDICATION PROTOCOL

A) FOR OVARIAN CYSTS AND OVULATION

1) KANCHANAR GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =shrinks cysts, balances kapha, clears granthi

2) CHANDRAPRABHA VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =regulates menstruation, improves ovarian function

3) ASHOKARISHTA = 20 ml + equal water twice daily after meals =strengthens uterus, regulates cycles

B) FOR HASHIMOTO’S THYROIDITIS

1) PUNARNAVA MANDUR= 1 tab twice daily after meals =important metabolism , reduces inflammation

2) GUDUCHI GHAN VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals =immunomodulator, very useful in autoimmune thyroid disease

C) FOR FERTILITY ENHANCEMENT

1) SHATAVARI CHURNA + ASHWAGADHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =ovulation support, hormone balance, reduces stress, Balances Vata, supports conception

PANCHAKARMA (if possible - very effective) If done under an Ayurvedic physician -udvartana= for Kapha and cyst reduction -Bastitherapy= (Yapana/matra basti)= regulates Apana vata -Uttara basti=highly effective for infertility

Even matra basti alone for 7-14 days can improve ovulation significantly

DIET -warm, freshly cooked meals -cow milk boiled, ghee -moong dal, red rice -pumpkin, bottle gourd, carrot -pomegranate, soaked raisins -turmeric + ginger in cooking

AVOID -cold foods and drinks -curd at night -refined sugar, bakery items -soy, cabbage, cauliflower (thyroid- unfriendly) -excess tea/coffee

LIFESTYLE AND YOGA

DAILY ROUTINE -sleep before 10:30 pm -avoid late nights and mobile overuse -warm oil massage on lower abdomen (sesame oil)

YOGA -baddha konasana -bhujangasana -setu bandhasana -anulom vilom 10 min -bhramari pranayam

CONCEPTION PLANNING -try for conception between day 10-18 of cycle -intercourse on alternate days -avoid stress and performance pressure -continue medicines even after conception (dose adjustment needed)

EXPECTED RESULTS -Menstrual regularity= 1-2 months -Ovulation improvement= 2-3 months -Cyst reduction= 3-6 months -Natural conception= 3-6 months (varies individually)

Do not stop thyroid medication suddenly. Ayurveda works alongside, and dose reduction (if needed) should be gradual under supervision.

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Hello I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ really can empathize with you that this part of life is not only hard for your body but also for your mind. The desire to have a baby and continuously coming across barriers is very stressful, however, do not forget that quite a few women suffering from ovarian cysts and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis still manage to get pregnant after following the correct Ayurvedic treatment. So do not worry, we are here to support you 😊

YOUR CONCERN

You have been suffering from: –Primary infertility (3 years of marriage, no conception) –Ovarian cysts (more than 5 years) –Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (on medication) –Irregular menstrual cycles Age: 30 years

According to Ayurveda, it is a condition that can be healed but it demands a very detailed hormonal, ovulatory, digestive, and immune system correction — not simply one medicine.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING (IN SIMPLE TERMS)

Your problems were: –Kapha–Vata imbalance → ovarian cysts, delayed/irregular ovulation –Agnimandya (poor digestion & metabolism) → hormonal imbalance –Ama + Autoimmunity (Hashimoto’s) → disturbed thyroid function Artava Dushti → irregular cycles and difficulty in conception

So therapy revolves around: 1. Regulating thyroid & immunity 2. Shrinking cysts and restoring ovulation 3. Making uterus (Kshetra) healthy 4. Improving egg quality (Beeja Shuddhi)

TREATMENT PLAN (AYURVEDIC)

PHASE 1: HORMONE & DIGESTION CORRECTION (First 6–8 weeks)

INTERNAL MEDICATION

Kanchanar Guggulu 1-0-1 after food – for ovarian cysts & thyroid support

Ashokarishta 30ml-0-30ml after food – to regulate periods

Amalaki Rasayana 1 tsp morning empty stomach – for autoimmunity (Hashimoto’s)

Triphala ½ tsp with warm water at bed time – for gut & toxin clearance

👉 This stage is the body of your preparation for the arrival of the conception.

PHASE 2: OVULATION & FERTILITY SUPPORT (Next 2–3 months)

Shatavari Kalpa 1 tsp with warm milk once daily – improves ovulation & uterine health

Phal Ghrita 1 tsp followed by warm water morning empty stomach – classical fertility ghee (very effective)

✔️ Quite a few patients manage to get their cycles regular within 2–3 months.

PHASE 3: PRE-CONCEPTION RASAYANA

Once cycles get better: Medicines are changed to help conception happen naturally The main focus is on egg quality, implantation & hormonal balance

Thyroid medicines should not be discontinued abruptly. Ayurveda complements them and it is often done that under supervision; the dosage is gradually lowered.

PANCHAKARMA (VERY IMPORTANT IF POSSIBLE)

In case there are facilities for it, this is most effective: Virechana (detox for hormones & Pitta) Uttarbasti (uterine therapy) – great for ovarian cysts & infertility

👉 The majority of chronic infertility cases become pregnant within 3–6 months after proper Panchakarma

DIET FOR CONCEPTION (VERY IMPORTANT)

INCLUDE

Warm, freshly cooked food Ghee (1–2 tsp daily) Milk (boiled & warm, if tolerated) Dates, figs, soaked almonds Moong dal, rice, vegetables

AVOID Cold foods & drinks Bakery, junk, refined sugar Excess soy Late nights & fasting Stress & over-exercising

LIFESTYLE & YOGA

Try to be in bed before 10:30 pm Some soft yoga: Baddha Konasana Viparita Karani Anulom Vilom & Bhramari

Try to stay away from very heavy mental stress (very important in Hashimoto’s)

IMPORTANT INVESTIGATIONS (If Not Done Recently)

TSH, Anti-TPO antibodies USG pelvis (recent) Vitamin D & B12 Fasting insulin (if PCOS suspected)

A REALISTIC & HOPEFUL NOTE<

– The fact that you are young is very advantageous – Ovarian cysts + Hashimoto’s do not mean infertility forever – Ayurveda delivers its best effect if it is taken continuously for 3–6 months – A lot of women get pregnant naturally after their cycles & thyroid have stabilized

Do not lose hope. The chances for you to conceive will elevate to a great extent by means of a well-thought-out Ayurvedic protocol.

Warm Regards, Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

Infertility issues related to ovarian cysts and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis can be complex, but Ayurveda provides a holistic approach that could support your journey. Balancing Vata and Kapha doshas, which are often impacted by these conditions, is key. Begin by regulating your diet. Incorporate more warm, cooked foods like soups, stews, and porridge to increase agni, or digestive fire. Avoid cold, raw, or very spicy foods that can imbalance your digestion and metabolism.

Focus on foods that are easy to digest while being nutritive; ghee, milk, almonds, and sesame can nourish the reproductive tissues (Shukra dhatu). Also, add turmeric, ginger, and cumin to meals to help reduce inflammation and enhance metabolism. Limit caffeine and refined sugars as they could aggravate the system.

For Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, it’s vital to keep your metabolism balanced. Consume seaweed or fish moderately for iodine, but ensure you consult your healthcare provider about any dietary changes regarding iodine intake, as excess can affect the thyroid.

Engage in regular activities like yoga, pranayama, and meditation to calm your mind and balance hormonal levels. Specific asanas like Sarvangasana, and Matsyasana could bolster thyroid function and reproductive health. Stress management through meditation can particularly support thyroid health and aid proper hormonal function.

Herbal support can include Ashwagandha for stress reduction and Shatavari for reproductive health, taken after advice of a practitioner to adjust dosages based on your prakriti and condition.

Remember, these are supportive measures. Ensure regular checks with your healthcare provider to monitor your thyroid levels and other vital parameters, and consider integrating Ayurveda with necessary conventional treatments for a balanced approach.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am Dr. Sumit S. Tasgaonkar — a BAMS doc who also went on to complete MS in Ayurveda surgery, along with CGO and PGDEMS. Kinda feels like I’m always learning. And maybe that’s what keeps me grounded — balancing classical Ayurvedic wisdom with real-time medical emergencies or even modern diagnostic tools. I don’t see these systems as opposites... for me, they compliment each other when you look closely enough. My work mostly revolves around chronic diseases, metabolic issues, lifestyle mess (and there’s plenty of it these days), and women’s health conditions — PCOS, hormonal imbalance, gynec stuff that needs long-term attention. I use Panchakarma, herbal meds, diet correction, sometimes just shifting someone’s daily habits does more than we expect. But it’s never one-size-fits-all. I take a lot of time getting to the root cause — dosha imbalance, agni disturbance, whatever is underneath the visible stuff. Patients dealing with arthritis, stress, skin flareups, digestion trouble — I’ve seen all of that and more. And every case teaches something new. I’m super keen on tracking progress too. Like we keep tweaking, adjusting as per prakriti and vikriti, not just protocol-for-all. And honestly, the most satisfying part? when patients tell me they feel like themselves again. I started Tasgaonkar Medical Foundation with a big dream of bringing authentic Ayurveda to more people, esp. rural areas where choices are limited. We still keep prices fair and try not to compromise on classical principles. Accessibility doesn’t mean diluting the science — that’s always been important to me. What I really want is to see more people actually understand their health. Not just pop pills or mask symptoms. I wanna give them the tools — through knowledge, through food, through breath — to live lighter and healthier. And ya, sometimes it’s messy, sometimes you doubt, sometimes you adjust everything mid-plan... but that's Ayurveda too. Listening, observing, and flowing with the body, not against it.

Dr. Mukul Bagga
I am Vaidya Mukul Bagga, a classical and authentc Ayurvedic practitioner, and I work with a very traditional yet practical approach to healing. My focus has always been on treating the root cause, not just managing symptoms, though sometimes that takes patience from both side. I practice Ayurveda in its original form, using holiastic methods that include diet, lifestyle modification, and individualized treatment plans. My core expertise is in skin disorders such as fungal infections, psoriasis, eczema, urticaria and other chronic or recurring skin issues. These conditions can be stubborn and confusing, and I often see patients after years of trial and error. Hair problems are another major area of my work, including dandruff, alopecia, excessive hair fall, and premature greying of hair, which I see linked closely with digestion and daily habits, not only external care. I also treat joint disorders like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and vatarakt, where pain, stiffness, and mobility issues affect everyday life. Gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS and hyperacidity are common in my practice too, and they are rarely simple, even when they look simple at first glance. Infertility care is something I handle with extra sensitivity. I treat male infertility including erectile dysfunction and low sperm count, as well as female conditions like PCOD and leucorrhea. The approach is always personalized, sometimes slow, but aimed at long-term balance rather then quick fixes. I believe Ayurveda works best when lifestyle and food choices are addressed properly, even if patients resist it at first!! I keep learning from every case, and honestly, not every case is easy, but that process matters to me.

Dr. Janvi Dhera
I am a doctor who completed CCH and CGO from Wadia hospital, and that training gave me exposure not just in theory but also in handling patients with very diverse needs. Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels. Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes. Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained. For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

Dr. Batu
I am an Ayurvedic doctor trying to bring the old wisdom of chikitsa into daily life, even if sometime I feel I am still learning new things every single day.. I work mostly with the classical principles, the ones I studied again n agin during my training, and I try to see how they fit with each patient’s prakriti and the tiny details of their health story. I am often thinking how Ayurveda doesn’t rush anything, it asks for understanding of the roga and even the rogi in a deeper way, and I keep that in mind when someone walks in and tell me their concerns. Some cases are simple, some not really, but I do my best to look at the ahara, vihara, dosha pattern and even the habits they don’t notice at first. Sometimes I get a bit caught up in analysing too many factors at once, or typing notes too fas and mixing commas,, but at the core I focus on using authentic Ayurvedic approaches—herbal formulations, routine correction, panchkarma suggestions where needed—and I try to guide people gently without overwhelming them. I am also aware that many patients come with doubts or half-heard ideas about Ayurveda, and I try to clear those without sounding too “doctorly,” just explaining what makes sense for their body. I want them to feel they can trust the process, even if progress take time or feel slow on some days. I am still growing in this field, and every person who comes to me reminds me why I chose Ayurveda in the first place: clarity, balance, and healing that respects the person as a whole. There are moments where I wish I had more hours in a day to study more granthas or revise a chapter I skipped, but I stay committed to giving care that is genuine, thoughtful and rooted in traditional practice—even if the journey gets a bit messy here n there !!

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Sailee Bhausaheb Deshmukh
I am working in ayurved practice with around 3 years of experience, mostly focused on Striroga and women’s health care. My daily work include managing common gynecological conditions through ayurvedic principles, lifestyle guidance, and traditional treatment plans. I spend lot of time listening, sometimes longer than planned, because many issues are layered and not always clear at first glance. I am especially involved in Striroga cases like menstrual irregularites, hormonal imbalance, and general reproductive health, using classical ayurvedic approach. Practice taught me patience, and also that every body react little different, which can be frustrating but also interesting. I try to balance clinical knowledge with practical care, even when answers take time to show. I am still learning every day through hands-on practice, cases that dont follow textbook pattern, and small improvements I see in patients. My approach stay simple, focused on long-term health rather than quick fixes, though sometimes I question if pace is slow. Overall my work reflect steady commitment to ayurved and women centered care!!
