Hello I can totally relate to the feeling when you get hit with a headache very frequently and also experience nausea and weakness and to even make matters worse eating only seems to trigger more discomfort. But do not worry as we are here to help out you 😊
Ayurvedic Understanding
Your symptoms depict Agni Mandya (inadequate digestive fire) along with Aam (undigested toxins) formation that is resulting in Amlapitta and Shiroruja (headache due to Pitta aggravation). The condition gets worse by overeating, irregular meals, spicy foods, stress, or acidity-inducing habits.
Probable Diagnosis
Amlapitta (acidic dyspepsia) causing Pittaja Shirashoola (Pitta-type headache)
AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT
INTERNAL MEDICATION
1. Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon with warm water before meals twice daily Relieves acidity, nausea, and headache due to Pitta aggravation
2. Sutshekhar Ras (Plain) – 1 tablet after meals twice daily with honey or lukewarm water Normalizes Pitta, helps in nausea and headache relief
3. Amlapittantak Lauh – 1 tablet after lunch and dinner Supports digestion and makes the liver strong
4. Drakshasava – 2 teaspoon with equal water after meals Is a gentle tonic and is helpful in burning, weakness reduction
Duration: Use for 3 weeks and then evaluate.
DIET AND LIFESTYLE
✅ To Follow
Consume fresh and light meals that are easy on the stomach such as khichdi, rice with moong dal and vegetable like lauki, pumpkin, bottle gourd soup.
Drinking warm water with a few drops of lemon before meals enhance digestion.
Incorporate coconut water, pomegranate, and buttermilk (not curd) in your diet.
Take food at proper intervals — don’t skip meals.
Have a proper night’s sleep and stay away from late nights.
🚫 To Avoid
Tea, coffee, spicy, and fried foods Overeating or skipping meals Long gaps between meals Besides stress, heavy screen use during digestion is also to be avoided
Detox Recommendation (if recurrent episodes continue)
Once digestion has been normalized, a short Mridu Virechana (mild purgation) with Triphala churna or Castor oil (Eranda taila) under the doctor’s guidance will be helpful in clearing the accumulated Pitta and Aam from the gut.
INVESTIGATION RECOMMENDATION
If the symptoms do not subside even after 2 weeks: CBC LFT H. pylori test (for acidity-related nausea)
Your symptoms point toward an aggravated Pitta, and weak digestion (Amlapitta).
Relief can be expected within 10–15 days with the use of Avipattikar Churna + Sutshekhar Ras along with a proper Pitta-pacifying diet.

Hello,
Based on your symptoms—recurrent headache, nausea/vomiting sensation after food, weakness, and no relief with Pantoprazole + Domstal—this does not look like simple acidity alone.
There are multiple possible causes, and we need to evaluate further rather than continue the same medicines.
🔍 Possible causes -
1️⃣ Gastritis / Functional dyspepsia Can cause nausea and early vomiting But usually responds to Pantop + Domperidone.
Since there’s no improvement, this may not be the only issue.
2️⃣ Migraine or gastric migraine Very common at this age. Typical features:-
- Recurrent moderate headache - Nausea or vomiting - Loss of appetite - Weakness ⚠️ Many migraine patients feel vomiting after eating 👉 This is a strong possibility.
3️⃣ Anemia or electrolyte imbalance Causes headache, nausea, weakness, Common in adults with irregular meals or stress
4️⃣ Blood pressure issues High or low BP can cause headache + vomiting sensation
5️⃣ Stress / anxiety-related gastritis Symptoms persist despite acidity medicines, Often associated with poor sleep or mental stress.
Want to know about some basic investigation - - BP recording - CBC (Hemoglobin) - Blood sugar - Electrolytes If headache dominant → consider neurology consult.
Treatment - 1) Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp with lukewarm water 15 minutes before meal twice a day 2) Sutshekhar Ras (without gold) – 1 tablet twice daily after food 3) Godanti Bhasma – 250 mg twice daily with honey or ghee before meal 4) Draksha Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm milk
Advice - ✨ - Rice gruel (kanji) - Moong dal - Boiled vegetables - Pomegranate, apple - Buttermilk (thin, with roasted jeera)
❌ Avoid - Spicy, oily, fried food - Tea, coffee - Sour, fermented food - Skipping meals - avoid screen time during headache 👉 Eat small, frequent meals
