Combining Pilgrim’s hair growth serum and homemade dried rosemary oil can be a good strategy if your current approach isn’t controlling your hair fall. Incorporating a Pitta-pacifying diet might helpt. Include cooling foods, such as melon, cucumber, and mint, and avoid overly spicy or hot meals. Also consider practicing stress-reducing activities like meditation or yoga to support hair health.

Lastly, check your overall health and lifestyle choices, ensuring that your diet is rich in essential nutrients like iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids, which are crucial for hair strength and growth.
