Manage stress, a critical trigger in psoriasis flare-ups, through regular meditation or yoga practices such as Shavasana - which can alleviate both skin symptoms and elbow pain effectively by calming the mind and reducing inflammation internally.

Herbs known for their Pitta pacifying properties like Neem, Guduchi, and Aloe Vera can be used in different forms. Consult with a specialist for the appropriate form and dosage as it varies.

Lastly, exposure to early morning sunlight is beneficial, but avoid the harsh sun. Balance your routine and ensure adequate sleep. Remember, psoriasis doesn’t disappear overnight, consistency in these practices can make a difference. If symptoms persists or escalate, consult a healthcare professional for a comprehensive evaluation.
