Traditional Ayurvedic remedies can also be supportive. For the white discharge, fenugreek seeds soaked overnight and consumed with warm water in the morning might be helpful. Herbal teas, especially those containing ginger and basil, could also relieve pain associated with menstruation. Boil ginger slices in water, add a few basil leaves, and sip warm to ease cramping. Regular yoga and pranayama, such as Bhramari and Kapalabhati, can aid in balancing hormones, improving mood and regularizing cycle.
