नमस्ते, मैं बिष्णुप्रिया हूँ। मेरी उम्र 27 साल है। दो महीने पहले मेरे पीरियड्स 45 दिन लेट थे लेकिन अब मेरे पीरियड्स नियमित हैं, पर ब्लीडिंग बहुत कम हो रही है। सबसे अच्छे नतीजे पाने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए?
