क्रॉनिक पेल्विक पेन और एंडोमेट्रियोसिस की चिंताएं - #46949

मेघना, मेरी उम्र 28 साल है। मुझे 5 साल से एंडोमेट्रियोसिस है। बाएं अंडाशय में 3.2 सेमी का चॉकलेट सिस्ट है और दाएं अंडाशय में 5.6 सेमी का चॉकलेट सिस्ट है। मेरे लक्षणों में मासिक धर्म चक्र से अलग लगातार पेल्विक दर्द शामिल है।
