Your hair loss and acne may be related to imbalances in your Pitta and Vata doshas. Pitta imbalance often causes hair thinning, scalp issues, and acne due to excess heat and inflammation, while Vata imbalance leads to dryness and brittleness in the hair. To restore balance, focus on cooling, hydrating, and calming foods like cucumbers and leafy greens, and use herbs such as Amla, Brahmi, and Neem for hair and skin health. Incorporate gentle yoga, meditation, and a grounding lifestyle to reduce stress, which also plays a role in these issues. For skincare, opt for soothing, non-comedogenic products with ingredients like turmeric and aloe vera, while regularly massaging your scalp with oils like Bhringraj and Amla can promote hair growth. Prioritize hydration, a consistent routine, and patience, as Ayurveda works gradually but can significantly improve your skin and hair health when consistently applied.

Hair fall can be caused by various factors, including stress, changes in environment, hormonal imbalances, or underlying conditions like arthritis. Acne-prone skin can also indicate hormonal imbalances that might contribute to hair loss. It’s important to manage stress, maintain a balanced diet, and possibly consult a dermatologist or Ayurvedic practitioner to address any internal imbalances or deficiencies. Using gentle, natural hair care products and addressing underlying health issues can help reduce hair fall over time.

Yikes, that sounds really frustrating! so, hairfall can be super intricate, and with what you mentioned - changes in location can influence it quite a bit. It might have to do with environment factors, diet changes or even stress. But since you’ve been dealing with this for 5 years, might need to dig deeper.

From an Ayurvedic point of view, hair fall often linked to an imbalance in Pitta dosha. It’s like your inner heat is outta balance, causing both hair falling and maybe those acne issues too. When Pitta gets aggravated, it can lead to excess heat in body, affecting hair roots and causing breakouts on skin.

No worries, there’s lots to try! First, let’s talk diet. Cooling, Pitta-pacifying foods can be beneficial. Try to include things like cucumbers, melons, coriander, mint and coconut water. Avoid spicy, oily, or fried stuff, as they can spike Pitta levels. Also, caffeine and alcohol should be limited if not avoided totally.

Stress can also spike Pitta, and could be impacting your hormon levels (like cortisol), exacerbating hairfall. So yoga, Pranayama, deep breathing - all can help calm the mind. Oil massage with coconut or bringraj oil can soothe the scalp and support healthy hair follicles, do it thrice a week before washing.

Don’t forget, hydration is essential! It helps maintain good skin and hair health. Proper digestion or ‘Agni’ is also crucial. If its off, it may mean nutrients aren’t getting where they need to be. Having warm water, fresh ginger or herbal teas can help keep digestion on track.

You might need to adapt this to fit daily sched but start with these tweaks. If there’s any ongoing stress or medical issue behind this, consulting a dual-certified physician (both allopathic and ayurvedic) might just offer deeper insights! Don’t wait too long, let’s fix this.
