I’ve been hearing about a product called pithorin for women’s health. After having irregular cycles for years, someone recommended trying pithorin, saying it helps balance hormones. I’m 29 and not trying to conceive right now, but I do want to fix my periods before they cause bigger problems. Does pithorin work for irregular cycles? If I start taking pithorin, how long before I notice any changes? Is pithorin safe to use long-term, or should it be taken only for a short period? I’ve seen reviews saying pithorin helps with cramps too, which would be a bonus since mine are bad.
