Ashwagandha, it’s not just for reducing stress. It supports your metabolism by balancing hormones which can lead to improved weight management. You can take Ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bed. It’s generally taken for a few months, like two to three, then a break.
Though these herbs are natural, they might have side effects. Ginger, for example, should be consumed in moderation if you’re on blood thinners. Triphala in excess can lead to digestive upset. Always consult your healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic doctor if you’re on other meds.
