Why is got so many pinples - #1308

I have acne prone skin. Always new pimple pop up. Red pus pimple, white pus pimple acne scars and don't have a glow on face. I have tried a lot of medicines , derma creams, medical facewashes but nothing works on my face.

1. Internal Detoxification
• Take Triphala (1 teaspoon) with warm water at bedtime to cleanse the digestive system and reduce toxin buildup (Ama), which often manifests as skin issues.
• Drink a decoction of Neem and Turmeric (boil 5-6 neem leaves with a pinch of turmeric in water, strain, and sip once daily) to purify the blood and reduce inflammation.
• Consume Amla (Indian gooseberry) daily as juice, powder, or capsules to promote healthy skin and enhance glow.
2. External Skin Care
• Make a paste using sandalwood powder, turmeric, and rose water. Apply it to your face twice a week to reduce inflammation and lighten acne scars.
• Wash your face with gram flour (besan) mixed with turmeric and a few drops of milk or rose water. It’s a natural, non-drying cleanser that prevents pimples and clears scars.
• Apply fresh aloe vera gel directly from the plant to soothe redness, reduce pus-filled pimples, and hydrate the skin.
3. Herbal Remedies
• Take Manjistha capsules (500 mg twice daily) or drink it as tea to purify the blood and reduce acne.
• Apply Kumkumadi Tailam (saffron-infused Ayurvedic oil) at night to fade acne scars and improve skin tone. Massage a few drops gently onto clean skin and leave overnight.
4. Diet for Clear Skin
• Follow a Pitta-pacifying diet: Avoid spicy, oily, fried, and sour foods, as they aggravate acne. Include cooling and hydrating foods like cucumber, coconut water, and leafy greens.
• Eat fiber-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to regulate digestion. Poor digestion often contributes to skin issues.
• Drink plenty of water with a pinch of fennel or coriander seeds to flush out toxins and cool the body.
5. Lifestyle Adjustments
• Avoid using heavy, chemical-based creams and makeup that can clog pores. Choose lightweight, non-comedogenic products.
• Manage stress with yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises), or meditation, as stress can worsen acne.
• Sleep for 7–8 hours regularly to allow the skin to repair and regenerate.
6. Panchakarma (Optional)
If the acne is severe and persistent, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (purgation therapy) or Raktamokshana (bloodletting) to detoxify the body deeply and balance doshas.
