For the past few months, I have been experiencing irregular periods, occasional cramps, and mood swings, and I am starting to worry if it’s related to my ovary function. Sometimes, my cycle is shorter than usual, while other times, it gets delayed by weeks. I also feel bloating, hormonal fluctuations, and occasional fatigue, which makes me think my ovarian health might be imbalanced. I read that the ovaries play a key role in producing eggs and regulating hormones like estrogen and progesterone. If something is off, it could lead to PCOS, infertility, or hormonal imbalances. I don’t have PCOS or any diagnosed condition, but I am wondering if Ayurveda has ways to naturally support ovarian function and balance hormones. My lifestyle is not the healthiest—I eat a lot of junk food, have an irregular sleep schedule, and don’t exercise much. Could my poor habits be affecting my ovarian health?
