Managing diabetes, sexual health, and plantar fasciitis without medication, while commendable, requires a careful look at diet, lifestyle, and stress levels. Diabetes often leads to sexual health issues due to poor circulation and nerve damage. Plantar fasciitis can also be a symptom of inflammation, which may be linked to your diet or a lack of restful practices.

Firstly, consider reviewing your diet, even though you’re avoiding wheat, rice, and potatoes. Your diet should be balanced and ensure that all necessary nutrients are consumed. Include more whole grains like quinoa and millet, which are better suited for insulin response compared to refined grains. Occasional buckwheat, though not commonly used, may also be a valuable addition. You’re already avoiding high glycemic foods, which is excellent for diabetes management, but make sure you’re getting enough protein from lentils, beans, or tofu to support your overall energy and muscle function.

For gastro problems, which emerged after changes in diet, ayurvedic practices can offer relief. Drink warm water with a pinch of hing (asafoetida) before meals to support digestive fire or ‘agni’. Incorporating fennel or cumin seeds can ease bloating or gas; you might chew on a small spoonful post meals. Another useful remedy is to mix a teaspoon of triphala powder in warm water and consume at night. This balances the digestive system and promotes regular bowel movements.

For plantar fasciitis, regular foot massages with warmed sesame oil can provide relief. Stretching exercises for the calf and plantar fascia, done consistently, are vital. Also, practice abhyanga (self-massage) with herbal oils to address any vata imbalances, which can help ease pain in the foot and improve circulation throughout the body.

In terms of sexual health, focus on improving circulation and reducing inflammation. Shilajit, an adaptogen mineral used in Ayurveda, can be beneficial but should be taken under the guidance of a knowledgeable practitioner. Ayurvedic herbs like ashwagandha help reduce stress, boost energy, and improve overall vitality, potentially alleviating sexual health concerns.

Experiencing foot pain relief while dealing with gastro issues means there’s still some imbalance to address. It’s crucial to maintain stable blood sugar levels, as fluctuations can exacerbate all these conditions. Regular pranayama (breathwork) and meditation might also complement these practices, helping to manage stress, which indirectly supports better health outcomes.

However, given your chronic conditions, it’s essential to remain under the guidance of a healthcare professional and stay attentive to any significant changes or worsening symptoms. Natural remedies can be helpful but should not replace urgent medical interventions if needed.
