Ayurveda ke hisab se, agni ko balance karne aur pitta ko shant karne ke liye, pehle apni diet par dhyan dena zaroori hota hai. Mithha aur thanda bhojan lena pitta ko shant karne me madadgar ho sakta hai. Aap dhaniya, illaichi aur saunf ka paani lene ki koshish kare, jisse pet me cooling effect aata hai.

Aur agni deepan karne ke liye, aap apne routine me kuch bhi garam peya shamil karein, jaise ki adrak wali chai ya jeera paani.
