In your situation, especially since you consumed 20 clonidine tablets, it is essential to seek immediate medical advice if not already done. Even though a month has passed, clonidine overdose can have lingering effects, a specialist should evaluate you thoroughly. Clonidine can impact blood pressure, heart rate, and more, leading to symptoms such as shivering, which you are experiencing. Speaking from an Ayurvedic perspective, to support your body's recovery, it's vital to balance your vata dosha, as vata imbalances can lead to weight issues, shakiness, and nervous disorders. Start with including warming, grounding foods in your diet that are nutritious and easy to digest. Favor cooked vegetables like carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes. Include healthy fats like ghee and sesame oil to nourish and balance body tissues. Hydration continues to be essential, so drinking warm water can be quite beneficial. Consider herbal teas like ginger or tulsi, which can calm the vata. Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb known to help with strength and vitality, but only consume it if your healthcare provider confirms it’s safe with your current condition. Routine is equally important, aim to wake and sleep at regular times. Gentle yoga or pranayama (breathing exercises) can also soothe your nervous system. But remember, given your low body weight and ongoing symptoms it’s best to have professional guidance catered specifically for you. Please, prioritize consultation with a healthcare expert to evaluate physical health and avoid self-medicating. The impact of the medications and your symptoms could point toward underlying issues needing attention. It's crucial to address them promptly for better long-term health.
