To address your health concerns, understanding your unique constitution and symptoms is crucial. While you're looking for natural ways to support your health and wellness, keep in mind that Ayurveda cannot replace the need for professional medical care when necessary — especially when it comes to hormonal and reproductive health issues. Regarding breast enhancement, Ayurveda suggests balancing your doshas and nourishing your dhatus (tissues) to support healthy development. Foods and herbs can play a role here. Incorporate sesame seeds and oils into your diet, as they're believed in Ayurveda to enhance reproductive health and might contribute to healthy tissue growth. Drink almond milk regularly and include warm spices like cinnamon and ginger, which support your digestive fire (agni). Shatavari, an Ayurvedic herb, is known for its potential benefits in balancing hormones and nurturing the reproductive system. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting herbal supplementation to ensure safety and suitability for your condition. For amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), which is related to your lean body type and low AMH, focusing on nourishing your body is vital. Regular massages with warm oils such as sesame oil can promote calmness and circulation. Try practicing yoga and pranayama, focusing on poses that encourage hormonal balance like the fish pose (Matsyasana) and bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana). Headaches might signify issues with vata imbalance. Regular sleep (early to bed and rise), stress management, and warm, moist meals can help pacify vata dosha. Avoid dry, cold, and light foods. Sperodic headaches might also link to stress so considering meditation and mindfulness practices, daily. A professional endocrinologist is necessary considering your AMH levels and small uterus/ovaries, as these require comprehensive medical evaluation which works along with Ayurvedic recommendations for best results. Individualized treatment from a specialist will ensure a holistic approach combining conventional and Ayurvedic healing.
