A few months ago, I started feeling really sluggish. Like, I would wake up and still feel tired. So, I decided to give it a shot. I mean, what do I have to lose, right? I went to this lovely Ayurvedic shop nearby and got myself a pack of triphala churna. He said it’s great for cleansing the body and supports overall wellness. I started taking it regularly, like every morning mixed with warm water, and WOW, the difference was insane!
