It seems you're dealing with a combination of digestive issues, fatigue, and some mood challenges, possibly tied to your h. pylori condition. In Ayurveda, gas and indigestion could imply an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas, where Agni, or digestive fire, gets compromised. And when Vata is high, it throws off Adhya Vata, leading to restless mind. Let's start with digestion. To soothe your stomach, try drinking warm water with a pinch of dry ginger powder before meals. Ginger is awesome coz it heats up Agni without overdoing it. After meals, chew on some fennel seeds as they ease digestion and reduce bloating. Your diet matters a lot. Avoid cold, raw or heavy foods that could kinda stall digestion, like ice cream, red meat, or raw salads. Choose easily digestible stuff like warm, cooked veggies, well-cooked grains like rice, and use ghee—it's soothing and balances Pitta and Vata. Same goes for eating—keep it light in the evenings when digestion is naturally weaker. Fatigue and mood swings could be interlinked. Try Ashwagandha—an incredible adaptogen! It helps reduce stress and lightens up mood. A cup of warm Ashwagandha milk before bed might do wonders. Also, set a daily routine that includes a little time outdoors or even gentle yoga, like slow stretches or deep breathing. It stabilizes Vata and fresh air is great for calming an anxious mind. For emotional balance, try to find a quiet moment in your day, maybe for meditation or relaxation. Sometimes it's simple things like listening to music or reading that help ground stray thoughts. Lastly, make sure to stay in touch with your doctor because h. pylori is tricky and sometimes sticks around. If symptoms seem serious or don't improve, a professional medical review is a must. Please don't just wait it out if ever you're unsure. Given all these tips, remember, small changes can sometimes make a big difference. Try starting with one or two things, see how you feel. Take care!
